Day 1
It's come to my attention that a PE log is imperative. so here's my log. 4-19-14
I finally took a day off yesterday, I wasn't sure if I needed it or not, but the safety first message has been brought up more and more often so I did ( I'm thinking that a lot of growth happens on days off ) this morning woke up with a big erection bigger than normal, GOOD! I will have to look into taking two consecutive days off in the near future "Any advice about this would be very helpful" I am thinking rest days are growth days, if you give your body what it needs.
Today i started with a cup of my black tea combo ( 3 cups water, 6 bags of black tea, some Cardamom, Clove, Ginger and Nutmeg ) then 500 mg L- Tyrosine, 1000 mg borage oil…
30 min rice sock warm up ( lower heat than normal )
1 hour 20 min of traction ( still figuring out the proper tension with it, have been using to much tension, my head went numb, and some pain at the back of the neck head area ) today i cut a length of cloth 6"x2" to wrap around and under my head, this helps reduce the pain, and helps me keep more blood in my head, while traction is on.
followed by 12 min jelqing
stretching N,E,S,W for 15-24 seconds each, 6 times each direction
V JELQING 6 min ( I'm liking this one more and more )
mini jelqing 3 min
ULI's 6 with each hand for 15-24 seconds each
I believe using traction before PE will have better results than doing PE first.
I haven't measured in a couple days, I'm thinking about measuring every 3 weeks, so will get back with some more numbers soon. I did notice my penis looking longer when jelqing, and fatter after uli's.
any advice on wrapping for a beginner would be helpful, ( was looking at the AB silicone sheath ) not sure if this is something i should be concerned with at this point or not.
