Day 15
Lowpang's log 5-3-14
500 mg L-tyrosine & 1000 mg borage oil
6 grams L-glutamine
No warm up today
started with some light dry jells, then went into some stretches, to the right 30 Kegels, to the left 30 Kegels, straight up 30 Kegals, straight out 30 Kegels, rinse, repeat!
180 jelqs
24 mini jelqs
3 helicopters for 15-21 seconds each
45 V-jelqs
9 squeezes 27-30 seconds each
I did a variation on some stretches, I started with a jelq, and grabbing my swollen gland with my other hand, upside-down, made a semi closed fist, placed my pinky knuckle on my pubic bone at the base of my shaft, and applied pressure downward and towards myself, held for 30, switched hands and started over again. did this 4 times like this, then another 2 to the sides, one to the right, and the other to the left.
I'm not sure what these are called, but if they don't have a name yet, I'm going to call them knuckle blasters.
it helps to be 50% EQ or less with this one.
no cool-down today

very excited about this one, and the best part is I'm still getting some traction long after the pain, coldness, and all around discomfort of using my traction is gone.
