      3 sets with 5 LBS for 20 minutes
      two of them were heated, the first set was heated for about 6 minutes and the third set was heated for about 15 minutes
      10 minutes of Jelqing
      and some stretching in between sets + 40 minutes in my tugger

      yesterday
      only two sets with 5 LBS for 20 minutes
      4 hrs in my tugger

      11 HRS 42 minutes total hang time

          tugger for 4 hrs in the morning while at work, had to adjust about every 1.5 -2 hrs to avoid pain

              forth set was with 7.5 LBS for 24 minutes OTL split between the left and the right about 18 minutes on the right side and the rest on the left side

              on a side note, my BPFSL is down to 7.8-7.9" from 8" and this is after a two day break

                3-4 times throughout the day I was doing stretches and dry Jelqs for about 5 minutes each

                    last night I pulled 8.25 BPSFL after hanging and Jelqing between sets, I almost didn't believe my eyes, I double checked and got the same numbers 3 times… but after my last set, I was pulling over 8.1… very exciting

                    3 - 5 minute sets of stretches ( bundled and regular ) with dry Jelqing between stretches, during bathroom brakes at work

                    first set of hanging BTC @ 7.5 LBS for 10 minutes
                    second set @ 7.5 LBS was SD, semi bundled left, and bundled right, for 20 minutes
                    set 3 @ 7.5 LBS for 20 minutes
                    10 minutes of jelqing in-between sets 1-2

                    Update: My PI's have been great this last week, feeling fuller all day, with with some big time flaccid hang,off and on all day at work… I have been taking some CDP-choline with lecithin, and DMAE, along with longjack powder.


                    1-28-15

                    3 sets of stretches and Jelqs for 5 minutes each, at work

                    1 set of hanging at lunch time at my house for 15 minutes
                    two more sets later in the evening @ 7.5 LBS for 20 minutes
                    3 minutes Jelqing between sets 2-3

                    1-29-15
                    3 sets of bundled stretches and Jelqs at work for 5 minutes each during bathroom breaks
                    3 sets of hanging @ 7.5 LBS for 20 minutes each
                    first set was BTC, second set was a bundled split set between the left and right ( I flip my cable repair clamp upside-down, on to my chair and adjust the tension by moving forward or backward
                    third set was BTC
                    10 minutes of wet Jelqs

                      wore my VLC-tugger for 6 hrs
                      jelqed/stretched for 6 minutes twice today and had two sets of hanging with 7.5 LBS for 20 minutes

                      1-31-15

                      second set was 7.5 LBS for 18 minutes BTC
                      third set was 7.5 LBS bundled, half bundled to the right and half to the left for 21 minuted total

                            I broke my hand today, right after work, but don't worry, I can still operate my hanging device…. thank god!!!
                            two sets of bathroom stretches/Jelqs today, and so far three sets of hanging, in today with 7.5 LBS for 20 minutes each.

                            I'm reddy to add some weight, 7.5 LBS feels lighter every set.

                              well I hate to admit it but I had to take some time off from hanging, almost two months!!!
                              I still used my pump and clamp, some Jelqing also, but mostly time off, because of my hand injury…
                              as of now I'm mostly healed up and cal handle my log with both hands again ( as of last night )
                              thank god!!! having only one hand sucks, lol

                              I managed 3 sets @ 7.5 LBS for 18 minutes, with some Jelqing in-between the first and second, and the second and third, for just over 10 minutes both times… after my third set I switched things up with some pumping, about 15 minutes spiking it from 2-3 hg to 12-15 hg for 10-12 seconds then relieving the pressure back down to 2-3 hg

                              was thinking this would have kicked the shit out of my log, only to find excellent PI's this morning, so CHARGE!!!

                              today I wore my Tugger as an ADS for 10hrs and so far have taken 4 breaks to stretch and Jelq
                              first 3 were bungled to the right 39-51 seconds then to the left for the same with some dry Jelqing and straight out stretching
                              4th was just some light stretching and light Jelqing
