The last person you should be doubting is yourself man. You have done nothing wrong, the last girl clearly was not right in the head, and is only proven by the recent communication (or lack thereof) that you had with her. She is clearly crazy.
What you need to do is sort out what you want in a woman, personality wise, and then go from there. Of course you will not find one who fits that (or you may!) but it is good to have an idea of what you want so when someone comes along with most of those traits you can pursue. Yes outer beauty is good, but the inner beauty of a woman just helps the outer beauty stand out.
