  • Wow... it's been awhile since I've updated this.

    I have not been PEing consistently these past two weeks with the semester coming to a close + a new girl in my life... (we'll see how long this one lasts lol)

    tonight I did a full PE routine

    10 min warm up wrap
    10 min resistance stretches left, right, up, down, out (hold for 6 seconds on out)
    45 second A stretch
    45 second V stretch
    10 second heli
    250 wet jelqs @ > 20 mins total
    10 second heli
    5 min resistance stretches same as above
    10 min warm down in shower

    an hour later I edged and ejac'd as a reward since it's been so long. heh

    I have made no size gains in my time off

    • So I missed PE last night... I plan on later this afternoon a full routine + tomorrow.

      My NEW long term goal by next year... 7.5 x 5.2"

      my short term goal by end of summer... 7 x 4.9"

      let's see if I can get it.

          We're exclusive now, but not bf/gf yet... we've been together about a month, but we've been on/off flirting for about 3 months now. Been on 5 dates.. things are going great.

          did a full PE session last night.

          warm up 10 min
          20 second heli
          10 min res stretches (u,d,l,r & out for 60 seconds)
          200 wet jelqs (about 20 mins total)
          5 min res stretches (u,d,l,r & out for 6 seconds w/ each set)
          10 min hot shower cool down

          I'm feeling bigger, thicker... no measurements yet...

          it's nice to PE regularly again =)

                Edged for 10 mins. No ejac.

                Doing fowfers now for 10 mins. With sets of 25 kegels. going to do 150 now... another 150 tonight + more fowfers.

                Full PE tonight, too.

                    Warm up for 10 min (hot towel wrap)
                    10 mins of res stretching + 60 second holds for the out res stretch

                    I need to get back into a good routine

                    i'm scared of losing gains or inhibiting future gains by slowing down my recent PE

                    • So I FINALLY got to PE tonight.

                      Full session and I threw in 5 10 second Uli/clamp holds.

                      I need to read up more on clamping. I'm 6 months into PE... but by month 9 or 10.. I may start clamping. My gains have slowed... and I want more girth.

                      I feel as if I lost some "semi-perm" length over the 'break' I took.

                      I remember the first time this new girl in my life went down on me... I was just average... and she told her co-worker I'm a lot smaller than she thought...

                      the next day I PE'd... that night... she was happy :P

                      I found out she told her co-worker I'm not as 'small' as she originally thought... heh

                          edging w/ 4 intervals of 10 squeezes per hand
                          more edging (5 mins or so)
                          5 mins of res stretching

                          • Night off from PE. Did traction wrap all day.

                            bed fowfers tonight for 15 mins (or until I fall asleep).

                            Tomorrow before my flight.. full PE session.

                            sweet

                            Been Ejaculating 1-2 times per week. Trying to cut back.

                            Did tonight to reward myself for being consistent.

                            My LONG TERM goal... 8 x 5.5

                            My Short Term Goal. 7" x 5"

                            I'm presently at 6.4 x 4.7

                            I really would like to meet my Short Term goal by end of summer hopefully.

                            going to go 2 days on, 1 day off from here on out.



                            I'll go full PE, Clamping PE session (which I'll outline tomorrow during my flight)

                            I've had some positive PI's so far... some nice erections in the AM... my EQ is down a bit... tho

                            • So Monday I did a small routine... warmups... 8 mins stretching... 150 wet jelqs... 5 mins stretching... warmdown

                              Yesterday was a full session. I added in squeezes for 5 x 5 seconds after 250 wet jelqs. between each squeeze I did 10 additional wet jelqs + a 10 second heli... should I increase that?

                              we'll see what this brings. I'd like to hit 7 x 4.9 by july possibly. I doubt that I can hit 7 so quickly... but hey... I haven't measured in g-d knows how long... heh
