Update -
Two nights ago I did some warmup,stretching for 15 mins and then a warmdown and ended the night with bed fowfers...
last night I did a FULL routine... and ended with fowfers... for about 30 mins.
I'm taking tonight off. Maybe some edging... going to ejac b/c I feel like it LOL ... and probably some stretching and fowfers before bed.

200 wet jelqs
5 x 15 second squeezes w/ 10 wet jelqs b/w each set
2 x 30 second uli's
warm down in hot shower
i've been leaving out the post 5 min stretches and heli's... i am going to try and implement them more...Comment

Man - thinking about everything...
I really, really love PE.
I know I haven't seen any serious gains in the last 2 months, but my confidence is definitely up. I know I see a lot of porn with huge penises... and guys walk around claiming they have 7-10" dicks, but y'know what... my NBPEL is modestly above average... that should be good enough for me for now... heh.
I know my short term is 7" x 5" NBPEL... but as long as I remain positive and consistent/dedicated... who knows
