    hi guys this is my progress thread

    my current routine consists of things close to the jp90

    im taking all the supplements recommended. and heres my routine as follows

    stretches in all directions a strong tug outwards. an erect tug. hot towel then jelq with the ok grip for 10 minutes whilst doing a blaster. then v jelq for 5 minutes.
    then the stretches and warm downs.

    doing the reverse kegels and normal kegels.

    Current stats

    bpfl = 5.2
    bpfg= 4.1

    bpel= 7.2
    bpeg= 4.5

    short term goals.

    bpel 7.4
    bepg 4.7

    current 07/05/14
    bpfl= 5.5 bpfg = 4
    bpel= 7 bpeg =4.6

    Short term goal:

    so after my first week after having a big break from pe. (5 years +) ive noticed my eq around 9 and my flaccid hang to be bigger already. very happy

        so on my 14th day of the p90 program plus a few tweaks of my own with the stretches as ive done this before. and i count days that ive done the routine and not days that ive had to rest. so my 14th day of routine. im not noticing much of a difference. maybe a more flaccid hang and it feels bigger when im hard but when i measure it its almost the same. i dont expect big gains so quickly but im yet to see evidence. i will be posting pics and measurements tmorrow. ill be measuring every 15 days within the jp90 program.

        ive also bought an electric heater because boiling water gets a bit messy especially when sharing with flat mates.

        i need a bit more motivation to feel like its possible.

          so its my 15th day of a 90 day programme.

          as you can see from the pics theres my flaccid measurements bpfl is now 5.5 bpflg is now 4. and now my erect measurements are bpfl is now 7. so not much change there but my erect girth is now 4.6/ 4.7 so up bu 0.1 or 0.2 inch of girth in 15 days not so bad.

          i will say this was after my session so i do generally find it hard to (excuse the pun) stay hard after a session i do try an edge after to get the blood back in to expand the main veins.

          my current routine is as follows.

          heat wrap in boiling water. (still waiting for electric blanket)
          i then keep a towel over a large mixing bowel of hot water to keep in the heat.

          then i strength left, right up and down and outwards. with shakes inbetween i dont count i just do it until i feel its ready to move onto the next. (listening to your body is something i learn in kung fu). also i cant stand to count how many i have to do or have been doing its distracting and demoralising. so i like to stick with time limits with my jelqs.

          i also stretch from left to right and from down to up. then stretch in circles. the circular motion really helps blood come in and helps with expansion.

          ater my stretches i use the hot water again as i feel a little cooled down.

          then i use lube for my jelqing and put my timer on for 10 minutes. for slow ok jelqs. after the ten minutes re lube up for 5 minutes of v jelqs.

          i feel next week i will up both by 5 minutes each.

          i then use the hot water again to warm down and then i stretch out after.

          after stretching i try a bit of edging just to get the blood in. i really dont like edging its too tempting to ejaculate and i feel weak after ejaculation so i like to keep my strength for other things.

          ill try another measurement on my off day because its harder to maintain an erection after these excersizes.

                My dick also fatigued after a PE session. I don't know how people can edge AFTER doing a PE session to be honest. Either they are going really light or their dicks are made of cast-iron. Anyway, what other points/issues do you have?

                  well maybe i should measure on a day off? im not currently having any major issues i was mainly asking for advice for maximum gainz. is there anything i could add to that routine ?

                      Most people gain well from that routine. There are no short-cuts in PE, you have to do the time if you want gains I am afraid. No quick and easy solution here.

                      I always measure on off days. In fact, I try to measure when I am on a week break so as to get my EQ back properly.
