Todays routine was as follows:-
5 way stretches with 30 kegels, 100x 360 rotational stretches, 625 helis
5 x 25 quick clench kegels, 25 x 10/10/10 slow clench/hold/relax, 50 x 3/3 rkRKs
3 lots of 50 x wet jelqs, 5.20 mins pump -4hg, 4 x ulis 20 sec
