    Starting a log after 2 months of Jon Pop's 90 Day Beginner Routine. No measurable gains.

    PE Injury, 1 week off, restarted routine in 30th Aug. Initial start date of PE: 10th July 2014.

    10 Minute Warm-up, shower, direct waterflow.

    Phase 2

    Straight Stretch + 30 Quick Kegels
    10 Circle Stretches (focus up and down)
    20 Helicopter Shakes
    30 sec Frenulum Stretches

    Upward Stretchs + 30 Quick Kegels
    10 Circle Stretches (focus up and down)
    20 Helicopter Shakes
    30 sec Frenulum Stretches

    Downwards Stretch + 30 Quick Kegels
    10 Circle Stretches (focus up and down)

      Measurements:

      No gains.

      Observations:

      Tight Jelq doesn't seem to cause the same raised EQ, low morning EQ, no more increased hang experienced before, no more afternoon fatigue.

      Conclusions:

      Should rethink the routine and go back to a lighter to to focus on EQ rather than girth gains.

      Routine Changes:

      Phase 3

      Going back to regular Jelq instead of tight ones.

        Staying away from home for a short while, routine interfered.

        Routine resumed.

        Notes:

        Fallen ill, staying home, no work.

        Observations:

        Very bad morning EQ. Should go easy with the routine.

            Hi Lavian,
            Have you thought about adding edging to the end of your routine? I believe edging is the biggest factor with my own gains.

              Discovery:

              Developed better way to stretch my frenulum. It is possible to fit in a finger under it, this way it's easier to take away the strain off the glans and onto the frenulum itself.

              Remeasurements:

              I was ready to rant about PE and under appreciated self-improvements in general, but these weeks remeasurements were interesting.

              Normally I measured in a sleeping position on my back. Recently read the article on how to do it correctly - standing up.

              Remeasurements showed a +0.2 in BPEL and +0.1 MEG. I'll remeasure and confirm the gains next week to make them official. Might have been a measurement error or simply different measurements due to the change in the method.

              Morning EQ is still at 5-6, normal erection - 6-7. Holding kegels it might get to 8. Eager to try supplements.

              Fabled newbie gains and my relatively young age gave me hope to reach 7 in mark in the first six months. Seems like I should set some lesser goals.

                Tried it, but didn't stick to it. I'm trying to stay away from pornography and I live in a one room apartment with two other people, 13-hour shifts at the job makes some time-limitations as well. Don't think it's currently an option.

                  Notes:

                  Previously noted gains were a false alarm, girth gains can be argued for, but length gains were definitely mis-measurements. Remeasured NBPEL and BPEL and got the starting results. Shame, got me hopeful.

                    Notes:

                    Moisturizing water-based lube ran out, switched to extra virgin olive oil.

                    Yesterday afternoon I felt the same penis fatigue I did in the first month of PE. Yet to find exact causes, and if it correlates to any gains at all. Didn't in the first month.

                    Three months mark is closing in. Results are incredibly disappointing.

                    50 Reverse Kegels

                      Do not be disappointed, remeber first 3 months are for conditioning. And then you can add some more advanced exercises to your routine.

                        I realize I am being whiny now. I won't stop trying, but it does, however, mean that my initial goal of gaining 2 cm BPEL in the first six months to be an utter failure.

                          Break:

                          My first three months of PE are over, unfortunately with no measurable gains. I'll be taking a week off. After it I'll resume with added intensity and I currently plan on into working Ultimate Jelqs in my routine.

                            Supplements:

                            Found myself looking at honey at a local grocery store. Decided I should try the erection tea. Bought some more black tea, honey, some fresh lemon and ginger root. Improvised preparation of the brew was certainly interesting, but I think I overdid it with ginger, as it was the only thing I could taste in the end. Bloody thing was so spicy I was running out of breath drinking it.

                            I don't see myself having this every day, due to both preparation time and effort and the cost of all the ingredients, but two or three times a week is doable. I should read up more on what to expect and the effective dosage.

                            The morning after trying the tea, the EQ seems somewhat better, not by much at all, maybe 6 or 7. Might be confirmation bias or placebo.

                              Supplements:

                              I'll make the second batch of erection tea today as I've got the day off. Hopefully will show some results in a few weeks. Planned dose is at least 2 pints a week.

                              Upon further research also found out that I had to get a different type of honey for a maximum effect. Darker ones are aimed for an improved blood flow. I got linden honey. I'll put more thought into it next time I have to resupply.

                              Notes:

                              Plan for the next 3 months is adding exercises or increasing reps every 4 weeks, with first exercise being Ultimate Jelqs. Break's over tomorrow and I'm not taking any more until another 3 month mark. Everything, of course, is going to depend on PI's as well an injury.

                              Asked about the no pre-cum problem I have on the forum - here - Maybe it correlates to possible hormonal problems I've been considering. As it would also explain my clinical depression and extremely late puberty. I'm 21 but often get guessed as a 16 or 17 year-old.

                              Remeasurements:

                              I know some will say that growth can happen during longer breaks as well, but I am just going to skip this weeks remeasurements.

                              Pornography avoidance feedback:

                              While I was feeling increasingly horny the first few weeks, and getting a lot more random boners, my sex drive has currently died completely. (4 weeks in)
