    Notes:

    Woke up after 6 hours of sleep, surprisingly low morning EQ - 4/10. Weird as I haven't done any PE at all for a week. My sex drive is still dead, yesterday had very jumpy moods, nearly had me to start drinking solo again.

    Forgot I had a meeting at 8 am today, couldn't manage to get a round of PE in the morning. Restarting tomorrow.

    Added:

    I fell ill the same day, low EQ might have been an early indicator of illness. Extending the break till whenever I feel better and can return to a normal daily routine.

      Lavian,

      How much have you gain? I'm new to PE and I'm still a little skeptical. I've been using the extender for 1 week so I won't see any results for at least 6 months, if this is true.

        I haven't tried an extender, I was planning on keeping my routine purely manual, as it shows the best results statistic-wise. But extenders, hangers and pumps show a lot quicker gains. Be sure not to overtrain, look out of your PIs.

        My personal gains over 3 month period are zero. But I'm an odd one out. Most men get pretty quick spurs at first known as newbie gains. I'm just a special snowflake.

        Anyway, welcome, be sure to dig around and find any info you can.

          some notes tips on extending:

          Extending Tips:

          The effect of using an extender comes when it is used for more than three hours a day.
          The optimal time to wear is from 6 to 12 hours daily.
          After each set (60-120mins) extender should be removed and penis should be massaged in order to restore blood circulation.
          After a break with massage (usually 5-15mins) extender is put back up for the next set.
          The defining factor of efficiency is the total time of wearing extender per day, so sets can be separated.
          Optimal tension for the growth of the penis is considered 400-1150 grams.

          How and how long to wear extender:
          A common question – what if I wear extender 2 hours daily? – has no definite answer. It is an individual case for every man.
          There are cases showing growth with even an irregular wearing, however, 2-3 hours daily might not cause noticeable growth or there might not even be any growth at all.
          The best option is to wear extender for at least 6 hours a day to ensure rapid onset of the growth.
          Is it ok to interrupt sets of wearing?
          Short pauses will not affect the efficiency of the set, but pauses should not be long (more than 5mins) and there should not be many pauses , no more than one per hour.

            I don't mean to bother you again but I have a couple of questions:

            1. What does your numbers mean?
            BPEL: 6.4 6.5 6.6 6.7 6.8 6.9 7.0
            MEG: 4.70 4.75. 4.80 4.85 4.90 4.95 5.00

            2. If you haven't gain, then, how do you know PE works?

              1. That's my goal - 7 inch erect length and 5 inch erect girth. And the numbers in between are what I've got to go though first as my initial stats are 6.3 inches erect length and 4.6 inches erect girth.

              2. I don't. There just seems to be too much people here confirming the gains for it to be a fraud.

              I'm not investing any money in any coaching or tools, specialized supplements till I see some result. Therefore it really does me no harm even if it is a complex fraud.

              Truth to be told, my paranoid mind has hypothesis set up. How people here tend to be unresponsive often, my self-esteem has been crumbling ever since I joined up. So maybe it all really is a really smart fraud, but eh, I'll give it few more months. Then we'll see, won't manipulate me into buying anything.

                    Break Over:

                    Planned break was extended due to a period of unrelated illness. I'm feeling okay now.

                    Routine Changes:

                    First week back to PE I didn't change much about my old routine as it's the week I'll try to ease in and warm up for some stuff I have planned for later.

                    Since I was also left alone today, I used the opportunity to finish my regular routine with few minutes of riding an edge, without a happy ending and no pornography.

                      Lavian - I'm not seeing anything overly negative here. Keep at it man. We'll get there. : )

                      (Will read this again in more detail later, just gave it a quick run through now but I gotta get my day going.) ; )

                      Oh - the other thing that happened is last night I read some injury/recovery threads - put the fear of the Lord in me! Haha. And brought me a little more patience.

                        Observations:

                        Got some pain at the right side of the base, when touched. But EQ is not influenced. Possible because I haven't trimmed in a while and the hair caused a bit too much friction, or maybe I've just restarted too roughly.

                        Routine Changes:

                        Taking this day off for the pain to ease away, hopefully it's gone by tomorrow.

                            Notes:

                            Pain is gone, routine resumed as normal.

                            Frenulum stretches didn't seem to yield any results, I should look up for other similar cases and see if I can learn from others. Tight frenulum might be a barrier of sorts, as the glans gets deflated upon a harder pull. Might even consider getting cut.

                            I'm running out of motivation due to seeing completely no results and loosing the anxiety I used to have. I hope all of this wasn't time wasted for nothing and I'll be able to push myself to continue with the PE.

                            Upon the completing the routine, I did an an edge and hit the PONR. Later the same day, however, had a nap and saw a kind of a dream I haven't in a long while. Maybe staying off porn is paying off. Woke up with a 7/10 EQ.

                              I've got an early shift today and slept in a bit, meaning that I don't have time for a regular routine, seems like I'll be doing this week one day on, one off, eager to see the results at the end of the week.

                                I used to measure weekly when I could. At this point, I think my "newbie gains" are over, so I'm just going to be patient. I'll keep measuring to make sure nothing's wrong, but I've decided to lower my expectations substantially for the next months.
