Last week I took preliminary measurements, 6.5 BPEL x 5.0, very round numbers but accurate i promise. I did a light routine of stretching jelqing and kegeling MWF just to prepare myself for this week. I will be putting the infamous JP routine to the test over the next 90 days. I'll probably update this a few times per week. This is more for me than for you guys, but i'm writing it on here to ensure that I follow through with the program. Comments are more than welcome, however - any tips or favorite techniques are appreciated.
Today: Performed the exercises in full, but wound up doing sets of 25 regular and 15 V jelqs, as I didn't realize that both hands together counted as one rep.
PS: I am forced to do these in the shower since I have a roomate at college. When I jelq I get that uncomfortable feeling from the water, sticky almost, even with lube. any advice?
