    thats crazy! i'm 5'10, always did want to be 6 feet...that would be amazing to increase my height. good for you man.

    in other news, performed the standard stretches today, all in one session though due to time restraints.

      Ya... id be real curious as to what you are doing to get taller... at 23 shouldn't your epiphysial plates have closed already? besides this, when was the last time you saw a height increase? sounds really interesting...
      im 24 and im pretty sure ive stopped growing... at least there is PE.

        Hey, sorry skeptic for posting this in your log.

        I'm finally 6'0" tall because of these excersices. I had a website which I used to get all my info from. But now I have a new laptop and lost all my 'favorites'. I havent looked for it every since because I have the most important information in my head right now. There are a lot of stretches you can do to increase your body height.         The video explains it for adults who want to gain height. Correcting their posture and stuff and believe me, I already had a good posture. So I mainly focused on doing the stretching excercises. And you're right Big O, those plates should already be closed.
        Except that this differs from person to person, you can still experience some growth till your mid twenties. And since I found this out, I figured why not, I just turned 23 so lets give it a shot...
        The only thing what I think is the key to this growth is by promoting our own Human Growth Hormones while we are doing it.
        Most people take supplements to promote this, but I try to achieve this in the old fashion way. There are many things you have to do to maximize your HGH levels. I can list them all, but you can easily find it via google. Taking hormone supplements will in the long run trick your body into not making its own hormones. So you have to keep taking it, and who the hell wants that. Plus, I think creating your own body HGH is much better. Creating your own HGH takes a lot of dedication now, because you're body will gradually make less and less of these hormones. The older you get, the harder it will get.

        The only reason I wanted to increase my height was because 6'0" is the average in my country. Anything below that is considered small. Since september 2009 I have been taking kickboxing classes, massive cardio workout every time + we do several stretching excersices after each class. And taller people have an advantage in kickboxing.

        I didn't experience anything during the first two months. So I gave up, but every now and then I would do the excersises. BUT I still maximized my HGH levels + kickboxing and (european) football. Now that I see that I worked, I'm doing it more consistently.

        So, conclusion? Well, if you're still young, try to do some stretching, lots of cardio + HGH. When you're already old, well, try to maximize your HGH levels.

          Oh and I'm sorry for not posting everything about HGH. But all the information can be found via google. I was suprised when I first read all this stuff.

          I have a lot of things I have to do for my university. Final thesis, exam, papers...

            Its all good man its very interesting. You should start a thread in the "gym" section though about increasing your height. Its possible that other people have done the same thing, and you could share information on it. Personally, after PE, I would consider trying to grow to that 6'0 mark. My younger brother is 6'3, and even though I can still beat his ass he is now taller than me, which leads to me being on the receiving end of jokes at family parties.

              And I should mention on here...for you guys like Ryan, BigO, and PB. We all started around the same time so please post your gains on here as I would like to hear them. I see that BigO has already added .5 in BPEL. Great!

                Ya np skeptic! and thanks for the encouragement... im really hoping that some girth gains will follow..
                Im actually doing the Newbie Routine found at Thunder's Place instead of the JP90, as it was my only source of PE info before i found PeGym, but the two routines seem pretty similar.

                  As per usual my Penis was eager for exercise today (Monday) after the nice weekend break. I did Morning Stretches and Night Jelqs in the shower both times, following JPs routine.

                  I couldn't take it anymore and finally measured my penis, but not with great EQ. I'm not counting this as an official measurement, as I will save that until Sunday. I won't be masturbating after Wednesday either so that my penis is hard as nails for the measurement.

                  Oh yeah. that preliminary, unofficial measurement seemed to read about 6.75 BPEL and 5.0 Girth. if that is true than I have gained about 1/4 of an inch since January 4th. Very cool. But like I said, that was very unofficial and hastily done. I'm excited for Sunday.

                    Had to fit in both stretching and jelqing into one workout last night, which I think is less than optimal. Today I was planning on resting (as usual for Wednesdays), but my penis was not as tired as He usually is. I think I'm going to just perform the stretches today. It is my ultimate goal to be PEing straight through M-F with no Wednesday off, so I think after nearly 4 weeks I am ready to begin that.

                    I also will likely masturbate in the shower, and not do so again until Sunday, to ensure 10 EQ for the measurement.

                      Thursday due to time contraints I only stretched. This means that I have missed a girth workout. Today I will perform the jelqs I missed, then stretch and jelq for todays workout. Yikes. This workout could be nearly an hour.

                        Hey Skeptic, how about throwing your ruler away for a couple of months. Do your routine when you can, don't fret when you can't do it, don't double up one day because you missed the day before, get the stress out of it and see what happens by May. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised!

                          I hear ya I am a big proponent of not measuring frequently...I haven't had what I consider a "measuring session" in almost a month, although last week while masturbating I casually put the ruler up to my dick. I would like to measure soon though. Even if all I gained is .1 inches, I just want to know that it is working so that I have the motivation to move forward.

                            There is an old rule of thumb, so to speak, that you may find here or on other forums like this. If you stay consistent, figure you'll gain an inch in the first year and 2 inches within 2.5 years.Not an absolute by any means but it seem to be kind of the results I'm getting!

                                WOOHOO BPEL is about 6.75, maybe even 6.8. Girth remained the same at 5.0. This was on Sunday, which was not a stretch day.

                                Today i stretched in the morning and jelqed in the afternoon. I measured again (I will put the ruler away, but was curious), and my bpfsl was nearly 7.0, we'll say 6.9...hehehe

                                I'm very excited, considering my starting stats in length was 6.5. I will continue PE for about another month before measuring again. woooo it works.
