      Thursday: Gym, 3 x 10 w. 65 lb dumbell military press, Stretch PE

      Friday: Gym, 10, 10, 7 w. 50 lbs preachers... 3 x 10 125 lb barbell press.

      • So I jelqed today, 100 strokes, before stretching. Interesting, interesting....

        I found that my penis fatigued much faster during the stretching portion. As a result I did 30 second holds instead of 60.

        My penis has lost that "filled to capacity" feeling. The one described in the tgc theory thread, I think. The analogy made there is about pumping air into a tire. But anyway, I think a jelq-oriented routine might be beneficial now for my penis. We'll see if jelqing will help close that gap between bpfsl and bpel (about 7.5 vs 7.0). Also, checked out my girth for the first time since January 4th. I have not done any girth specific work, sometimes jelqing for only 2 or 3 days out of the week. Guess what though. It has increased from 5.0 to 5.2.

        Not a huge gain but, hell, I'll take it.

        • From 5" to 5.2" doesn't seem like a ton when you see it on the ruler but I'm always surprised when I look at my gain numbers on paper. They seem very much larger! Plus .2" in girth is actually a pretty damn good gain Good work skeptic!

          • Cleave - thanks man. And it would be arrogant and ungracious to not welcome any gains, negligible as they are, when some people work so damn hard and gain nothing. Besides, its .2 less that I have to go on my way to the final goal

                  • Gator - I know but I'm computerless for just a bit longer. Right now I snuck onto my Mom's haha, I have to keep deleting the history though!

                    Anyway, did an official measurement today.

                    bpfsl - 7.25
                    bpel - 7.0
                    el - 6.1

                    A Few Notes:
                    -Unfortunately I do not know what my starting EL was, but I think it was around 5.7 or so. One goal for me is to cut down the bpel vs. el difference, hopefully to about .75 instead of .9. I really do not know what the average difference is but I'm not a fat guy and to me nearly an inch length seems to be a lot.
                    -I did not measure Girth as I don't really care much for it at this time, I'll deal with it more when I hit 8.0 BPEL.
                    -Starting a new routine Monday, jelqs in the morning and stretches/edging after I get home from work. This will be done M-F with weekends off.
                    -Also, I'm going to be taking Neuro explode and Alpha T1 supplements daily, and I am interested to see if they will have an effect on my PEing.

                    • Jesus..not having a computer is really killing me. Well, this week has gone good so far. jelqing in the morning, 150 Wet jelqs. Then the usual stretching in the evening, along with kegeling and/or edging on some nights...

                      very dissapointed about gator's departure and hoping he will reconsider.

                      • OK - laptop has arrived in the mail so the skeptical log is back on

                        Monday - 260 lb bench press pyramid. 200 wet jelqs in the AM, usual stretching in the PM

                        Tuesday - 3 x 10 pullups, 3 x 10 seated rows with 120 lbs. Stretching first, then 200 wet jelqs in the PM b/c of time problems. Stretches felt GREAT tonight.

                        edit: also fucked around with a horse squeeze. It felt OK i guess. For anybody out there who does these - do you use lube? I only did one, but i can't imagine performing the exercise without the lube.

                            Dude, me too. If you looked at me you would say I was slim but still my body fat is about 20% - such a phenomenon is often referred to as being skinny fat. I think the key is body fat levels rather than actual body size. If you hit 8 - 10% body fat you should see a fat pad of about 0.25 - 0.5" If you hit that low and still can't get below 0.9" then you could have liposuction but I would suggest finding a very good plastic surgeon if you did. There was a Korean study done on ED which recorded fat pad depths and the mean was 0.3" but then that was a small study and on Korean's only who may be gentically predisposed to having smaller fat pads. From what I have seen on the forums 0.25 - 0.5" seems to be pretty standard for very lean guys with 0.5" being the more common size.

                            If you want to know what 10% body fat is then have a look at David Beckham on google images - I am fairly sure is around the 10% mark.
