Had to rush a little but I did the whole routine. Same as Feb 5. 5th day in a row. I left it completely alone all day after PE. I am really proud of myself.

Wishful, you talk about jelking with a low erection level. Sometimes mine goes down low while jelking and I will keep going. Other times I do a few pleasure strokes. It seems like as long as you are pumping it full of blood and getting the expansion it would serve the purpose. What are your thoughts on that?

I agree, in my experience trying to jelk while too erect causes less plumping of my glans. Around 50% seems to be best, but even lower gives me plumping. I try never to go over about 60%. It seems more effective to me.

I don't understand why jelking at a higher erection level would be better for girth but that seems to be the consensus. Sometimes mine is up and down so much that I'm jelking at most erection levels.

I have read the same thing, but my experience has not been the same. I think full erection jelqing is supposed to expand you from your highest extreme EQ just a little bit more and thereby help you grow. I just personally have not found that to work for me.
