Rotary and Directional stretches + Kegals - 1 set. Done slowly .
Flaccid Compressive Squeezes - none
Flaccid Bends - 1-2-3 fingers . 3 Directions . L-R-D . - 3 sets .
Inner Pulls - none
My version V - jelqs - overhand with finger gripping urethra pulling upwards from base . 10 reps . 20 sec . each
Bends -30 sec. each .
I'm going light for tonight . Back to previous for Sunday .

Club :
Bi's - 25 lbs -20 reps .
Tri's - 50 lbs - regular and overhead - 20 reps .
Side twists - 40 reps .
Delts - 30 lbs . 20 reps .
Assisted C&D - 10 reps .

Woke up with good wood this morning .

Had some work , finally .
Still haven't gotten back at p90x . But I will !!! Starting the 1st .
That will be 90 days , more or less . But I'm saying 60 days .
I'm remeasuring the bod tomorrow . That will be the 3rd time since starting .
I'm happy where it's taken me . I'm not as toned as I want to be , but I've made great strides .

Rotary and directional stretches and kegals -2 sets -very slow rotation - I'll time them at one point .
Flaccid Comp. Squeezes - 4 reps .
pecker wasn't getting it tonight , maybe a 6 EQ .
When I got my tube , a got a silicone cock ring . I'm wearing it now !!
Also got me a what-a- grip . I'm really going to have to stretch that sucker to be able to corral my pecker !!

MW was great ! I was wearing my red silicone ring around my favorite parts .I could embellish this , but NOT !!

My PE was gotten much lighter than previous . Much less time involved . Less exercises .
PE :
Rice Sock . Not using the IR lamp , too hot out .
Rotary and Directional Stretches / 25 Kegals per rep . 2 sets - very slowly executed .
Flaccid Comp. Squeezes - 6 reps .- 30 sec . each . pushing down on glans for expansion .
Flaccid Bends - 4 - 30 sec . - each . EQ about 4 for these .
Hot Shower .

I've requested Big Al to coach me . As soon as I find the members section , I'll fill out my forms to start .
Pirate's doing similar . I'm wanting more focus and motivation .

Club :
Stretches - 15 mins .
Bi's - 20 reps. - 25 lbs . bar bell .
Tri's - 40 reps . - 40 lbs . rear push down .
Rows - 15 reps . - 75 lbs . - 100 lbs . -125 lbs .
Delts - 20 reps . - 30 lbs .
Chest - 2 sets. - 20 reps . - 30 lbs .
Assisted chin and dip - 10 each .
Hanging Chair - side leg lifts - 80 reps .

Forgot to mention that I started p90x with Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X .
