    Dear Diary,

    Routine went good today, increased flaccid hang all day or damn near. Need to start going piss and walking around before I jump into my routine though, too much uncontrollable woodies from needing to leak the main vein. Tomorrow going to try getting up and grabbing a glass of milk to get some nutrients flowing into me. Don't want to have breakfast before my routine as then I'll doddle. Also very easy random erections ALL DAY. MATH CLASS? FUCKING BONER!
    Started reading on MMO and DO more as I've been incorporating kegals into my routine. Did a bunch of normal kegels today without many reverse kegals. Taking tomorrow off in the kegal department. Need to go try to sponge some more of this in and find good threads before I head off.

          Dear Diary,

          My routine went well today. Damn am I horny. Waiting until Friday when I measure to get off though. Thursday is a rest day. Tomorrow is regular on day with kegal routine.
          Today I started rethinking my 6" girth goal to stay at 5 3/4" MAX. Worrying about being too big for a girls mouth which I do love to be inside.
          Also seriously contemplating making 7 3/4" my MAX length goal.. At least until I be with another girl at that size who I can ask "What if it were bigger?". I desire being able to smash without hurting the ladies.

            Dear Diary,

            I GAINED

            I measured today. 7 1/4", same as last week. Jerked off 3 times to celebrate.
            Later tonight I plan to play *AHEM* I mean exercise him as per the routine. Then maybe I'll edge hehe. I'm excited My first real measurable gains.
            Not only did the tape measure concur but wrapping both hands around my base I now have more of my head poking out. So yay
            Also doing kegel section 0.2 as per minuteman's thread and had some awesome eq today without having to kegel it.

              Dear Diary,

              I think I can hit 7.5" on the ruler now. Been putting a lot of work into my kegel work, I don't feel like I'm accomplishing much though. I actually feel like it is sabotaging my performance in bed, I can't seem to last as long as I used to be able to.
              I must not be putting enough work into reverse kegels.. But I don't know how I could do anymore for them.

                Dear Diary,

                Kegel routine is yielding progress, I am almost to the point where I start training strength, instead of control.
                My penis seems to have had temporary gains, because I am now back to measuring 7.4". I feel my penis is very tired. Instead of doing 70 Squeezes and 300 Side to Sides I'm going to cut down to 60 Squeeze, 250 Side to Sides.

                  Dear Diary,

                  Sigh.. I've gone back to jelqing instead of squeezing for my girth work, while still keeping the side-to-sides.
                  My penis had grown, a very small amount in girth, but is now back to normal after a 3 day rest. I need out of this 2 month rut
                  I need to get my length back to 7.5 at least if not the 7.8 I saw the other day.

                    October 16th
                    Oh my Dear Diary,

                    I've been in the swing again after my decon break. Very excited with only a few more weeks left until I can start working on technique of DO because my strength will be sufficient.
                    Started routine at:
                    10 Minutes basic stretches
                    10 minutes jelqing
                    edge
                    A week later I am now up to:
                    15 minutes basic stretches ( includes circle stretches always)
                    5 minutes JAI stretches
                    15 minutes jelq
                    20 minute edge
                    5-10minute sack +testicles massage
                    PIs are great after just having done this. no achiness or pain. Just a nice 5.7" flaccid; up from my regular 5-5.3"

                          It's the first again oh Dear Diary!

                          Girth has stayed the same over the past month.. Really thought I'd see some improvement here unfortunately.
                          Just shy of 5 1/2" MSEG. BEG 5 1/4". And a glans when fully inflated is nice and thick around the rim. Good for pulling on the ribs!
                          BPFSL has maybe improved by a 1/16" maybe. It's 7 15/16" where as before it was either 7 7/8 or 7 29/32". Slight improvement either way.
                          BPEL HOWEVER. 7 9/16" Going to keep re-measuring until the 3rd to see if this remains the case.

                            BPEL -7 1/2" again.
                            10 min warmup
                            5 min 180 degree bundle stretches all directions 20 second holds
                            500 side to side
                            10 min jelqing
                            40 squeezes
                            1 on 1 off.


                            Maybe this stall is caused from too much sex on 'rest days'. Maybe side to sides are cursed for me. My eq today was not 100% and i had trouble even getting it up. I am quite sick today and had done a pe routine.

                            I'm not getting anywhere with this no matter what I do i can't break out of 7.4". I still can not achieve DO and have been doing 10s towel raises daily for 2 months. PE isn't getting me anywhere and I think it's time I quit.

                              With help from Big Al I have diagnosed a problem in my exercising technique. I've been doing s-s stretches wrong all this time, again, and have not been putting enough tension into the exercise. I will attempt restarting soon with a modified version of the routine above while incorporating proper s-s exercise technique.

                                Hello sidneycrosby,

                                I read in a post from a couple months ago (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...-question.html) that you're uncircumcised and simply jelq with your foreskin over your glands. From doing this did you ever develop or stretch extra foreskin?

                                I apologize as posting in your journal may not be the best place to ask this. Also, I'm 'miring your gains my friend.
