Especially if I were to do it right - lower the heat, go slower, make welds with less strength. Like anyone else who is successful at doing it does. I guess I'm trying to rewrite the art of "sales" welds.

EQ. Seeings how I gained it from PESG's beginner routine. When I started I also probably measured a lot tighter than i should've so I would've been more around 5.25, I just don't update stuff.

Clamping is going well. I'm seeing great expansion during my sessions. Been doing 1on1off 2x10mins with a sock. EQ could definitely get better. I think the edging after the clamped edging session is just too much. Going to start stopping the PE right after clamping and doing some jelqs nd see what happens to my main man.

Yes you can do fulcrum with LG. Even a broom handle over your legs.

Well I've never gotten much into bundled stretches. I always experienced turtling with them. Maybe after this rotation of girth I'll try doing some advanced stretching again. Can't seem to break over that 8" mark darnit

July 23rd
5-10 mins bundled fowfer/las
10x2 clamped edging with my girl
10 minutes edging with the girl unclamped
EQ after clamp was removed was pretty good, for a 70 year old. Hang that night was nothing spectacular, probably some ball turtling. Next day around 5PM i got my 7" hang and jingleballs back.
