    I admit I have been slacking lately and I am trying to get recentered. Just had some wild past few weeks. Now a house to remodel. It all good though because I wouldn't have it any other way. Just need to make more time for PE. And refocus on hanging. Pumping is cool and all but it seems to suck up more time and require more breaks in-between sessions unless you like being sore or marked up.

    2x15 minute SD Hang@ 11lbs
    2x15 minute pumping
    warm down shower

    Morning wood is crazy good everyday almost. I have moved into a consistent 11lbs hanging now stepped up from my 10 max

        3x10 Minute warm up stretching
        3x 20 Minute SD hang @12.5 Lbs
        3x 5 minute Blood Restore Pump at low pressure

        10 minute Ball Pumping and working good


        Did some reading did some thinking and some wondering. A little frustrated with myself due to personal error but nothing to damaging. Realized I was making a strong dick and riding the weight for too long. Had to jump it up to beat the fatigue back into in. Need to lay off the pumping.

        Also searching up info on Pumping for length or "packing for length". Read just a few conflicting statements and it was enough to jar me off the track. Any info on that is good and appreciated.

          So I am seriously looking at this hanging thing and how I need to ride out the fatigue a bit more. I have again upped my weight because it was putting little to no strain on my ligs....just flat out hanging there. Good or bad? Not sure but I know I adjusted weight accordingly to keep the stretch and fatigue going.

          3x20 min SD hang @12.5 lbs
          1x10 minute SD hang @ 11lbs
          3x 5 min restore pump at low pressure
          10 min bath warm down

                              Getting lazy at this point

                              1x 20 minute SD hang @ 15lbs

                              Pushing into higher weight do to frustration. I'm just not fatiguing like I should on 10, 11, or 12.5 lbs

                                Frustrated because I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Noticing that my fat pad seems to be getting thicker and not gaining any length that I am aware of. But then again I haven't measured.
