I admit I have been slacking lately and I am trying to get recentered. Just had some wild past few weeks. Now a house to remodel. It all good though because I wouldn't have it any other way. Just need to make more time for PE. And refocus on hanging. Pumping is cool and all but it seems to suck up more time and require more breaks in-between sessions unless you like being sore or marked up.

Morning wood is crazy good everyday almost. I have moved into a consistent 11lbs hanging now stepped up from my 10 max
