In front of mirror staring the entire time thinking about how I could readjust this hanger for better stretches because it seems to only be pulling the skin down in a "v" shape around my groin. No real sensation of ligs stretching

Frustrations have pushed me to try something. As noted it seems I am only stretching skin again and I have no idea why. It is as if the wrap and hanger are sliding and slipping only pulling the skin so I have to find a way around this.
Upon start of wrapping to hang I fully stretched my penis and pulled the skin with it until I felt a light pull and proceeded to wrap a bit tighter than usual.
Weights attached and bang instant result. I feel the ligs start to stretch a little more. Weight seems a tad more challenging but not excessive. Also it would appear that this is also causing a bit more of a foreskin restoration stretch. Two hangs completed successfully and I am going to continue hanging in this manner or until I figure something else out.

Also my ear is still a bit infected and causing balance issues but I'm going with it. Just needed to get this log updated and forget the little issues so I can move forward. My rental home is improving and I am about to start the roof in a week or two

For no real reason at all I tried something different while pumping. I slightly over pumped and caught the beginning of fluid build up so I backed the pressure out and let it just rest on a very low setting just a little over enough yo hold the seal snug. Went to texting on my phone and before long 20 minutes had passed and I had almost fully expanded in the cylinder but only had a length of about 6 inches. So I repeat the process two more times and playing with the pressure still only just above enough yo provide avoid seal and sit still. If I feel it releasing air at the base I would adjust as needed. I packed side to side at about 6.5 inches length and no swelling. Awesome experiment and I am continuing that pump process because it works.

Decided to do some hanging today and change up weights and angles. I was getting up there in weight on the SD hang but it seemed I was pulling far too much skin as opposed to pigs. A brick wall basically. All of my hanging as of the last 3 months has been standing SD hang so I am now attempting seated SD with my feet placed flat in front of me on a chair while I sit on the foot board of the bed. I think this translates to BTC hanging if I read correctly. I lowered the weight to 10 lbs and am already feeling more of what I need in the ligs than in a skin stretch. I will keep trying new things to move forward here.

Learning new pumping techniglques that revolve around how good your seal is.
Also learning that ball pumping for me is only needed a couple times per week for huge results. My sac and balls are staying big all Tue time.
