    11/100 Complete.


    Today marks day 9 of "No cigars/coffee." I have since switched to green/black tea 2 cups a day total and feel great. Also, 1 month porn free has officially passed. Women I see "out and about" certainly catch my eye a hell of a lot more and as a result and I've been (unconsciously) chatting up just about every single female I run into. All good things!

      12/100 Complete.

      Wow almost another week has flown by. PE has been quite the confidence booster off EQ alone, so definitely hooked there. The realist in me says it may be the novelty of it all since I'm new, but so far this has been a fun experience regardless of whether I eventually gain or not.

      Confucius say: 100 days and no gains still 100 days of playing with dick.

      Nothing like a good philosophy...

        13/100 Complete.

        However small, I feel like I am making progress. Visually speaking when I pull out 100% noodle-limp flaccid it genuinely looks better than it did. At a minimum, elasticity has improved greatly. I finished the session by edging/ballooning for 15 and at one point I leaned back in my chair to look at things and felt very positive about it. Could be the EQ talking- we'll see after another 87 sessions.

        Talk about working hard for the weekend...

          14/100 Complete

          +Day 14 No Cigars/Coffee
          +Day 1/5 No EJ
          +5 Weeks complete of weightlifting/ exercising

          1) On the advice of a thread, I took a "before" photo. Of course, it isn't going to be a true "before" but better late than never. I had no intention of measuring again till' the 100 sessions was up but I could already tell I was going to regret not having a picture. "Wow" is all I'll say for now... NOT commenting on this anymore till' session 100 is complete. WHEN I hit 8" I'll post a before and after.

          2) Two weekends ago marked the end of an 11 day EJ free period. I made it 7 days before that and an 8 day stretch before that- all to help me stay away from the "incognito tab" on Google Chrome if you know what I'm talking about....

          Last week I decided to make it a weekdays only type deal with non-EJ, with the weekend rest days "open for business." Now that I've put in the 20+ days to make a new habit I think I can stay in control of my internet browsing much better now, so mission accomplished (as of yet) to completely cut out porn.

          3) Over the weekend since it was my "window of opportunity" I decided to play Ahab and go after the elusive Dry-O. Two things:

          Attempt 1- This was two weekends ago after 11 days of edging/ballooning no EJ. I hadn't read up yet on what I was supposed to do other than kegels were involved, so I let it fly. The plan was to hold a 20 second kegel to overlap the "before-during-and-after phase" of release. Didn't stop at all stroke-wise and when I hit a 9.5 on the pleasure I just braced myself and did the kegel. Interestingly, at the 14 second mark after I had already "finished" so to speak, another one was coming on but I lost my damn kegel right at 17 seconds!

          Attempt 2- Read up more. Tried again. Still have work to do which I expected. What I was happy with from the session was these last few weeks of edging/ballooning have really given me some control. I used to say 9/10 was the PONR. Edging/ballooning I swear makes it like I can feel when things are 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, etc. I can push myself much "further" than I used to and still clamp things off without having a refractory period while still tasting that front end of the O. Very pleased.

              Hey there efip! I read someone said they had 8'' girth on here yesterday which made me feel better. Even so, I'd trade in girth for length any day of the week- at least 1/2" inch. But, why dwell in fantasy right? Just gotta stay dedicated to turn "the log" into a "fat branch" lol...

                20 minutes of edging as well. Not sure what yet (a really nice cigar is off the table) but I am going to treat myself to something small when my first month of PE is complete. Somewhere around Day 21.

                  Yeah man you are huge around! I'm just trying to comprehend something that thick being attached to a human being (not really thinking of a dick, just the dimensions...ok i'll stop that now)

                  Good to see you waiting to measure after 100 days and that hopefully you'll be in for a long haul. Even if gains don't come or are slow to arrive, PE is still good for the other benefits like harder erections, etc.

                  And well done on the lifestyle changes. That alone will help you get where you wanna go.

                      *Friendly announcement:*

                      Walgreens (Ohio) is at least 50% off supplements through Saturday. Bought some L-Arginine & B-complex like Jon Pop suggested in JP90. Edit: make sure you ask for a "rain check" if they only have 1 bottle of what you want as the rain check is good for 60 days.

                      After my last post I was considering what I should "treat" myself to for sticking with the initial stages of PE, and I realized a supplement was an exciting thing to me. Kinda like weightlifting, it makes sense to buy the supplements after you prove consistent effort that would indicate you are going to stick to a routine. All in all I have 1 + years worth of B-complex and 100 days worth of L-Arginine for about the same price you'd pay online +shipping for a similar quantity. (Yes I know you would pay less in bulk...I am making me "prove" to myself it is worth the investment before I make it)

                      16/100 Complete.
                      + Day 16 No cigars/coffee.
                      + Day 1/3 No EJ till' the weekend. (Had a mishap today. Supplements + jelqing gave me such a hard on when I ballooned afterwords it was higher than a 45 degree angle and the skin stretched so tight it literally had a sheen to it. It was so shiny I thought I was gunna see my reflection in my glans for a second there! Will have to get used to this "new" 10/10 EQ)

                        Just read that you are trying to quit smoking... After I quited smoking. I have had this crazy need for chocolate to compensate.

                          That was kind of you! Thanks for that, I'll check it out. On a similar note, to tell the truth I listen to "binaural beats" from time to time while working for concentration. Kinda stumbled upon them one day on Youtube. Doesn't do anything I've found unless you have some halfway-decent headphones that accurately project the frequencies. Note: try different frequencies as certain ones may give you a slight headache/head buzz if you're like me.

                                Had to check out your journal. Like the idea of no measuring before 100 sessions. Il keep following This and best of luck to you. On a side note. I gained the most length from my side-to-side stretches.
                                Starting Size 2010:
                                BPL: 6"
                                EG: 4.75"

                                Current size 2015:
                                BPL: 7.3"
                                EG: 5"
