      Thanks for reaching out. In my limited experience I have noticed a difference in energy levels having quit coffee on the Vitamin-B after some regular use, as well as a circulation difference due to L-Arginine.

        29/100 3 sets done- like yesterday though some "unconscious random tugging" in addition lol. Happens on the weekend too- have to tell myself NOT to PE sometimes... I don't even notice I'm doing it at first.

        I am going to think about what to treat myself to for hitting the big 100. We shall see... excited just to be almost 1/3rd of the way there.

                33/100 3 Sets. Lol going through a strange phase where just about every day is "groundhogs" day. Funny thing is I've been getting out a good bit and doing new things.

                  34/100 Back has been messed this week been tugging away lightly without lifting hoping next week I'm good again.
