Thanks for reaching out. In my limited experience I have noticed a difference in energy levels having quit coffee on the Vitamin-B after some regular use, as well as a circulation difference due to L-Arginine.Originally posted by bloodthorne262 View PostHey I was interested In taking something for good blood flow and what not for my pe journey.
