Elasticity in my ligaments actually spooked me a little today. No pain or anything like that, it just surprised me. Maybe after resting up on the weekend things were nice and ready to go. Anyone else surprised by how much they could stretch?

The olive oil bag is a lightly coated zip lock bag I place “everything” in and sleep on my side with. The effect is things are “nice and spongey” the next day with improved elasticity. ( If it’s your first time though, expect around 2-3 days for any effect.) The O.O. Bag also doubles as a nice way to massage your ligaments for 30 seconds before sleep without getting your hands all oily as you can do this through the bag. Additionally, I make sure I coat “everything” in olive oil once the bag is on so there is a nice layer on my skin. Do this the same way you’d rub your ligs, coating everything through the bag by rubbing the inner lining up against anything penile. Less is more on the olive oil too- you don’t need as much as you’d think- just enough to coat the entire inner lining is relatively sufficient.
Finally, I secure the bag by pinching the zip lock seal until decently tight on one side of the bag, then clamp it off with a clothespin (I'm sure other fasteners would work too like a tiny office clip or whatever) that is aligned with my legs in sleeping position. Yes, it is awkward the first few days. You get used to it. Yes, it will sometimes come partially-to-fully off with a nighttime erection if you get one. Yes, I have noticed enough of a difference to want to keep doing it ;}.
Tips:
1) You want to do it the night before PE, so pay attention to your last "rest day" as its easy to forget on these days (for me that's Sundays) In effect, I wear Sunday-Thurs nights and the night that's easy to forget is Sunday.
2) I have used extra virgin as well as "a nice, regular non-virgin" and felt no difference. (Lol all jokes aside). Not arguing that extra virgin isn't better for your skin because I know it is, I simply cannot tell any difference elasticity wise.
3) If you jelq/edge with olive oil (or you would consider it), I do my jelqing last in the day and sometimes if I'm within an hour or so of bedtime and am just going to be sitting around its no biggie to transition right into the O.O. bag and conserve oil. You're already nice and coated from the jelqing/edging (I don't do this every night though, just sometimes).
4) Plenty of air will get into the bag, but on those nights it doesn't pop off I believe it raises your penile/testicle temperature just slightly. It could very well be the blood flow talking, but either way if your thinking of having kids in the next few months it may not be a good idea.

While I didn't do it, this is the first day in the 30-40+ days since I quit porn that I honestly had any desire to look at it. Strong desire too, I dont feel ashamed to admit it. Pure vicarious itch to see a woman get pounded. Sounded like a lot of fun, but I chose to make a cup of green tea instead and the desire faded after a short edging session using just my imagination.
Going to fashion a rice sock this week just to see what everyone keeps talking about. 25/100- 25% down! Time to post the ol' routine to stay accountable. Here she blows:
Overview:
-Mind & Body Overview:
(1) 1000mg Daily L-Arginine. I split this into two and take half in the morning, then one right before bed.
(2) B-Vitamin Complex containing Vitamin C. Taken in the morning.
(3) Iron pill to ensure blood oxygen levels. I usually take half a pill every other morning (1/2 of 27 mg pill)- I eat well for weightlifting but I started keeping track of what I eat and hitting the recommended 8 mg a day is actually kind of tough when I’m not eating red meat. I likely need more than 8mg anyway as this is the recommended MINIMUM.
(4) Eat 80% of bodyweight in protein. For me this is approx. 170g a day with plenty of water.
(5) 1 cup black tea in a.m., then one cup green tea around noon.
(6) I quit porn for PE. All ejaculation is tentatively focused to “weekends only.”
(7) I meditate daily in the a.m. for 20 minutes if I have the time- 10 minutes minimum. Just go somewhere you won’t be distracted, set a timer on your phone, breathe, close your eyes and focus on nothing but the black of the back of your eyelids. (Outdoors is nice if it’s warm out.)
(8) Olive oil bag at night.
Stretching overview: 3-4 sets of 10 x 30 second exercises for a total of 5 minutes each set and 15-20 minutes daily. These are done in front of a computer where I can time things by watching the seconds on the clock. Typically, each set is done usually around 8 am, lunch, late afternoon and then finally the last set in the evening. Most days I do 20 minutes total (4 sets of 5 min.), but if PI’s tell me 15 minutes is where I should stop then I stop.
Warm Up:
Rice sock or bath heat only. Also performed in-between exercises, for warm up I do “Helicopter Twirls” where I pull straight up by lightly pinching the glans, twirling the shaft in circles while maintaining a 10 second kegel+ 5 second kegel countdown release for a total of 15 seconds. I am about 60-70% “taught” when pulling. I do this twice, typically clockwise then switch it up the 2nd time to counter-clockwise.
Stretching
1st Set (A.M.): All stretches this set with grip close to the glans as possible. Erection level 10% or less.
1x- Lock Stretch Forward
