        Warm up.
        Jp90 stretch routine, did it 1 time. Circle stretches are a pain in the ass...
        Didnt complete 10left and 10 right everytime

        Maybe i will get the hang of it in a few more sessions.

        Instead of wet jelqing and v-jelqs I am doing dry jelqes.

        So i did 40 dry jelqes a hand, just to the point where it began to slightly feel uncomfortable. Over time i want to increase the amount, up to 100-150 a hand.

        Did some masturbation late at night. Could not reach ponr without using a strong kegel focing blood in the glans.
        Need to take my time i guess.. 30-40 minutes, maybe more. I can reach ponr really fast with a kegel, but i think its not good for overall feeling. Goes for sex as well..

          Another rest day, woke up semi-hard.

          3x1min stretch lurds, with 5 circle stretches clockwise and counterclockwise.

          Decided to still do regular stretches some more, instead of following jp90.

          100 dry jelqes (50 each hand)

          Felt good, did not push it to far, 50 is enough for now. Noticed a more fluffy hang after the first time on monday. These are verry effective, and yes dangerous of you push it to far. So i'm slowly gonna build this up towards maybe a 4 on 3 off or a 2 on 1 off routine not sure yet. Hope to make some girth gains by the end of this month.

                  Dry jelqes felt good, might add another 10 next week. Might need to lube up the glans though, cuz sometimes the foreskin wrickles up and it traps a littk3 piece of glans, giving me a litlle pinch.

                            Dry jelqes are going great, sometimes i need to lower the pressure on the cs because it hurts a tiny bit ( to much flyid going towards the head), but not really annoying

                                Measured on monday, nothing changed exept my flaccid being longer and less girthy but that is always different.

                                Might go back to my old stretch routine... my current routine seems rather short. Ill keep doing the dry jelqes though.
