    Very tired these last days. First week of work after my holidays. I fell asleep whilst stretching .

    Need to pick up the pace again.

        Took a rest day..

        Did some jelqing in the shower.

        400 total reps wet jelq
        30 Dry jelqs after shower.

        These jelqs felt amazingly good.(wet ones) I think this has to do with the dry jelqs

        I have been doing random dry jelqs troughout the day for the past weeks.
        Sometimes only 10. Sometimes 50, kinda depens on when i think about them.

        Today is monday, hope to get stretching agaib xD... visual is changing. Dunno if increase yes or no. But it looks slightly bigger. Maybe just my eyes fooling mee xD. 10 more days till measure

          My gf wanted sexy time a couple hours later. My tissues were sore as hell. Not uncomfortable. But i could feel i worked them out. Dry jelqing is key to bigger girth and glans expansion. Really carefull not to injure myself though.

            Something was off today. A noticed a bulge underneath the glans. It might just be a fluid buildup from the last days...
            Gonna check tommorow, if the wood is there and the udema(keep forgeting) is gone i'll work out. Otherwise i'm taking rest.

            Dry jelqs are quite nice, might need to step a bit back on the tightness of the grip and slowly build it back up to keep the fluid buildup away.

                  Overall, quite happy, EQ is good but inever really had problems with it.
                  PI's are good as well, i do not seem to overtrain and still gain.

                  Though I am still sceptical haha. I think once i hit 7.3-7.5 I will believe for sure...
                  But i guess its positive in a lot of ways.

                  Next up i need to get rid of my fatpad....
                  I just have no disicpline i guess. I find it hard to go to the gym, but i really want to lose weight and get my body buffed up

                  I am not going to change my routine for now, i still sometimes have troubles getting hard whilst stretching. Or semi hard.
                  Might toy around with some advanced stuff, not to sure yet.

                          Stretches went super well this time, 0 erection in the beginnng. So i had some time left before my gf would come home and decided to do some Circle stretches after my normal ones. Usually i skip these as i find them annoying to do, since it makes me hard easy
                          But i remained so flaccid i thought lets try them...

                          The point between 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock when penis is pointing towards the face basicly... I could feel my stretch so well that i thought i had been doing something wrong all the time...

                          But its just the angle where i like never stretch. So its Thursday today.. and my suspensory ligament is clearly noticable when move. Not unpleasent or painfull. Just worn out till the max.

                          I also noticed that when i went from 12 oclock to 3 oclock for instance that inbetween i could really feel the pull. But when at 12 or 3 i could not. Like there was no stretch left or very little.

                          Well gonna implement the circle stretches in my routine. But at a lowee intensity then the normal onces because i am not used to them yet

                          Need a day or 2 rest with my lig. PI's were good though this morning...
                          Still not feeling right so i's beter pass.
                          Maybe i chance my mind tonight when it feels better or is non existant.

                            Did some circle stretches. These feel really good, though the grip is a pain. I can see why you would do them counter clockwise with your other hand. Different whrist angle...

                            Some Dry jelqes throughout the day..

                            Edge late at night. Kept balancing on the PONR and got some mini orgasms... lasted for about 2 min there.
                            Amazing feel. Came close to a dry orgasm, but semen came out. Not as much as usuall, but i could not help it as my kegels were to strong and could not really help it. But not strong enough though so i should watch it. Refractory (dunno if its right) period was not really there, but the arousel was gone as well. So didnt continue for seconds. #late@night

                            Not doing this on a regular base though, since the semen has to go somewhere.... i have read that at least and at some point it might be harmfull. So yes i am educated at that point.
