      Month 1 Day 3

      I had some time free to do some quality exersises today. Gf was out with her soccerteam on some trip to close off the season.

      RiceSock warm up 10 min
      Heliswing 20sec
      stretch left 25 kegels, 10 strong, 15 fast. 3 circles left and right.
      same for right
      same for out
      same for up

      tried some LAS, sitting on you penis... 20 min..

      Did the same routine of stretches again, after a warming up again ( the feel is gut)

      Did do LAS again. 20 min

      Tried to jelq as i thought i already wore my penis off a bit.

      I keep building up blood in the CC for some reason. like i'm pushing it in towards the glans, but it won't leave, and thus making me become erected quite fast. I'm using Oil as a lubricant, need to gets some quality lube IMHO.
      My balls are a pain in the ass, as i keep pulling them up higher and higher everytime. Anyone had that same experience???? I think i read something out here on the forums about a Hairclamp???....

      Anyways Warming down atm, RiceSock is Almost out of heat :P

      I;ll take a restday tommorow. But i will most likely have sex.

        Month 1 Day 4

        Woke up with a good morning wood, felt a little bit sore on the edge of the glans but the rest was fine.
        I guess i can PE today, maybe a bit earlier than yesterday, but i want the interval to be around 24 hours... instead of like 20.

        Workout.. Later today

        Warmup with RiceSock 10 min ( while watching Breaking Bad, Damn thats some goood stuff)

        stretches 20 sec, left right up straight.. With kegels 10 strong 15 fast.
        Helishakes in between. just stretched 1 round as i wanted to do a light workout.

        Then after i did LAS for 20 min. I don't know what to feel with the LAS, I noticed that the base of my penis on the top of the shaft gets stretched really hard. But it feels more like I am stretching my skin there. Though when i stand up i have a verry long flaccid penis. But i don't really feel tension troughout my whole penis.
        Anyways after the LAS, i did 1 more round of stretching

        Warm down Till the Sock was cold.

          Yep, and yep. Just be careful not to stress the suspensory ligament at the top base of the penis. A good medium stretch is all that's needed.

          Yes, exactly on the erection level. You are pushing blood up, causing engorgement. Take a break for a second if need be, or blow cool air across it. Helps keep it down.

          A soft hair tie, or strap can be used to keep the testes and skin down. Also, the other hand can be used. Make sure you are lubed well, to avoid skin bunching.

          That's the right feel for an LAS, and depending on where the "grip" is, it may or may not be felt in the shaft. Easy with the tension though. A mild stretch is good. It's supplemental to your regular stretches.

          The hang afterwards is exactly what you want.

            As it feels right now, the LAS sessions i did have put a massive stretch on my suspensory ligament. I can feel it... Doesn't hurt, its not annoying, just a general pressence of a bit of overstretching.
            Therefore i'll take a break tommorow. The hang is indeed amazing, the flaccid is longer than i have ever remembered seeing.

                Month 1 Day 5.

                Woke up with a semi- erected penis today, it became erected as soon as i stood up from bed.
                Went down fairly quickly though, but what do you want when you are attending your kids :P

                Took a bath this evening.
                After figuring out that i have been doing stretches for a good 2 weeks now, I adjusted the time of the stretches a bit.

                before i stretched 20 sec in all directions with heliswings inbetween.
                I uped the time to a minute, with a mild stretch to not overstretch the ligs.
                I have to say that the stretches i did today felt really good, as i could keep my penis in a below 40% flaccid state.
                If not below 20% ( still need to figure out how flaccid I can manage to stay.)

                So the routine for today was;

                Warm up in the tub.

                1 min stretch x2 left with 25 kegels
                1 min stretch x2 right with 25 kegels
                1 min stretch x2 down with 25 kegels ( altough i can feel these kegels tuck, i still see it a good pelvic floor exersise)
                1 min stretch x2 up with 25 kegels

                Out of the tub i tried to get comfi in the chair with a LAS but I had to get bussy again so didn't really went into effort.

                If this keeps up and i can remain flaccid during my stretching routines i will slowly move into the Jelqs and try to master them...
                After mastering jelqing i will go ahead and jump into the JP90 as this log was ment for.

                For now i'll put on a RiceSock... And relax a bit.
                The hang i got after this routine is simply AMAZING. I thought after yesterday it was maxed out, turns out to be it can get better. Although its moving around a bit, from short to longer to short again... but still the Hang i just saw; Lovin'it

                Might try Edging for a bit tonight, although i can keep milking the cow for quite some time, with controlling my own orgasm untill i want to. I even managed to get a couple of somewhat dry orgams i think. ( Although i don't know much on this subject, its certainly something to look into)

                  Month 1 Day 6

                  For now i only have possitive PI;s during these last days of stretching. Morning wood is still there.
                  My erect penis feels a bit different however, but just slightly off. Great hang during the days, Especially without undies, its like it wants to reach the floor and during the day it kept getting bigger and bigger :P

                  As i wanted to implement a rest day today, i don't feel like i have to. My penis hasn't been fatiqued at all.
                  Main reason i see here is because the stretching i did wasn't that long nor intense.
                  So i noticed yesterday that its easier for me to maintain a flaccid penis.
                  Therefor today i'll try to push my luck and go abit overboard with my routine. Not to look for injuries, i will still listen to my body during the work out. and properly warm up and down etc. Just trying to get a little fatique in so I can take a rest day tommorow :P

                  Routine for today

                  Warm up
                  stretch left,right,up,down and straightout for 5x 1min and 25 kegels.
                  some helishakes when i need blood, but that won't be neccessary if i can't stay flaccid ( hard to spin yo)
                  Finished by a LAS of about 15-30 min need to see how it goes as this routine is written before i actually did it

                    Month 1 day 7.

                    Soooo its been a week now. Stretched basicly everyday, and did my first big stretch routine yesterday.
                    Glad to see that i can stay pretty flaccid during these stretches, just need to work on the grips a bit as they sometimes slip away or give me fatique in the hand.

                    PI's for today. Nothing feels wrong, woke up with morning wood. I'd say yesterday was a succes. First round took me 10 min, second round as well, but finished the last 3 stretching rounds within 15min so things are looking better. I dont feek like i need a rest day, but for the good old sake of recovery ill take one. And after my rest day i shall proceed with the same stretchroutine and maybe some jelqing.
                    I hope it works out because the stretches eventhough not that intense does make me a bit fatiqued, bur some minor jelqs after should be a good addition.

                    Closing in on jp90 with more stretch, less jelq. Going for lenght is my focus as my EG is 5.5 atm, when i see gains in lenght ill start working the girth. Need to master the circle stretches, but i think i can manage after 1 or 2 sets of normals

                    Need to look up an exersise for a "mid shaft" or "inner penis" stretch as i found that one interesting.

                    Today: Restday.

                      I just checked out your progress log. It looks like your learning at a fast pace. keep being consistent and you will gain results in a short period of time. I was wondering are you taking any vitamins for example, L- arginine?

                        So far i haven't looked into taking any extra vitamins yet.
                        Why.
                        1st: I have told my gf that i am doing some penis exersises but not the full idea behind it. So me taking vitamins is kindoff weird huh??
                        2nd: I think i need to quit smoking first.
                        3rd: I don't see any positives on taking more vitamins; though i haven't looked into it fully yet (so neither do I see any negatives)
                        4th: I don't know if i wan't to spend money on them. As a healthy lifestyle should be enough.

                          Yesterdayevening i was home alone since my gf had to work late. I did some edging in the couch, took a shower whilst checking my penis out a bit. After that upgraded stretch routine i think i can see some difference in length, not completely sure though, i want to measure in day 30. But it sure did look good.

                          Had amazing sex with my gf, BJ ecspecially... i can feel my EQ and sensitivity going up weekly.

                          So yesterday was a rest day, today its time for stretches again, maybe a bit of jelqing. Still need to order some lube...
                          Hang during the restday was ok, had to wear undies though, so i didnt really get space to hang...

                          Checked out inner penis stretch, looks a bit hardcore to implement now. But i will put it in there eventually.

                          Routine for today.

                          Warm up 10 min RiceSock.
                          5x 1min stretch left, right, up, down, straight.
                          LAS for about 25-30 min
                          Did the circlestretch, 5 times clockwise, 5 times counterclockwise.
                          I tried jelqing, felt reasonably ok, some strokes were better than others did around 100 jelqs (1rep 2hands).
                          warm down 20 min
                          helishake and minor stretches to all directions to close off.

                            Yes,
                            i agree with you that a healthy lifestyle should be enough. I would also recommend slowing on smoking and if so quitting it for good. i use to be a heavy drinker but in college days. i am glad those days are over. i can see big improvement in my lifestyle.

                              Routine for today:

                              5x 1 min stretch in all direction.
                              20-25 min LAS

                              My penis feels abused... :P In a right way. carefully watching for injuries

                              Today i could feel a bit of a soreness within the ligs, i stretched them quite good yesterday it seems like.
                              So for the record, depending on how things feel tommorow after this routine I shall take a day off.
                              Might not be a bad call to go for a 2 on 1 off situation. Still young, recover quite fast. If anything is wrong with the PI's another day off. If all is good, maybe add another day.

                              Flaccid Hang has been great these last couple of days. I like to say that i enjoy getting in my pants without undies. But sometimes its hard to pull off cuz of work. At home first thing i do is getting rid of the undies and get myself in some nice lose pants/shorts.

                              Decided to lessen on the masturbating. Previously it used to be every day. (besides when me and my gf have sex).

                                Pff 20 more days till measuring, i can already see difference. My penis looks bigger, is harder than ever. Im so happy that i started PE.

                                Did some cheat measuring yesterday real quick though. I think ive grown like .1 or .2 in inches.
                                This is really a motivater and i will persist in making the most out of it.

                                The penis feels worked out, like some sort of muscleache, but only when it gets hard.
                                i will slow down for today, do some minor stretches or maybe the full routine, depends on what tonight brings.

                                Planning on taking the girl out for an outdoor adventure hehe....
                                I think she felt difference as well as normally i hit the tip of her wombexit?? Well you know...
                                and i think i went past it, as she said something was different.
