    Beaver, I'm glad to see it to. I'm curious, how has your gains been since you started hanging? The reason I ask is that Iguana and I have a theory that could help men focus their routines much more instead of just "guessing" what might be the best route to take.

    The theory is that gains are largely divided into two parts: Smooth muscle gains and tunica gains. We also feel that under many circumstances, only one of these is holding you back from gaining, and thus should be what you'll want to target your PE on. I'm not sure if it holds any ground at this point, but two questions in particular might unlock the clues:
    • What's your BPFSL (at it's absolute maximum stretchiest point) and what's your BPEL?
    • What would you give the strength of your erections (without supplements) on a scale of 1 to 10?

      My BPEL is 6.875 right now. I forgot to check my flaccid reach. Lately I've been getting better erections, since I started hanging. I would call them 8 or 9.

      note: going to keep up with the pull back kegels because they make a lot more sense biomechanically than kegels without resistance. The other day I was with my girlfriend and it shot way farther and harder than normal, and I think it has a lot to do with these.

          Hanging (SD - standing):

          3.75 lbs x 10 minutes
          --10 minutes relaxing
          3.75 lbs x 10 minutes (tried to do some kegels on this set)
          note: doing kegels while hanging SD doesn't actually add any resistance to the kegel, but it does increase circulation during the set.

            3.75 lbs x 10 minutes (200 quick pull backs)
            --10 minutes relaxing
            3.75 lbs x 10 minutes (100 3 count pull backs)
            --10 minutes relaxing
            100 light jelqs
            note: I'm starting to strongly believe that the best angle for me to do pull back kegels is a somewhat lower one so it doesn't overstretch my PCs while I'm trying to strengthen them.

                note: I think doing this with resistance is making me get a much finer level of control of contracting the different pelvic muscles.

                  note: My internal structures seemed a lot more tired or fragile or something during this; that's why the sets were a little shorter than normal. It may have felt that way because earlier today I used the fleshlight and then was with my girlfriend.

                      note: When I just say "w/o weight", I mean that I left the vacuhanger on while resting. Connecting the weight just long enough to do 100 kegels was interesting. I did these mostly because I was curious. I'll see how the PIs from it turn out.

                            important note: As I focus more on hanging, my conditioning with regards to clamping diminishes. Because of this I got some kind of injury on the underside of my shaft. It's kind of like a stretch mark or a tiny little area of vascular damage; it's about the size of a BB. So I have to either avoid Clamping unless I'm going to commit to it, or be way more reserved in doing it when I do.

                              note: I was having a problem with getting too erect during the hanging. It's a good PI to be getting erections very easily. But hopefully it doesn't in turn result in negative PIs because it's trying to fill itself up while I'm hanging.
                              note: The Jelqs were gentle, right from the base and mostly erect; girth focused.

                                Coronal ridge circumference: ?.????(forgot to do this, but it seems like its increased)
                                Girth at thickest point:
                                5.5625 (sat on edge; perpendicular)
                                Girth at thinest point: ?.???? (didn't record this right away and forgot what it was by the time I did write it down)
                                Bone Pressed Length: 6.875 (standing, legs wide, hips forward)
                                Estimated volume: 15.6227ish
                                notes: I should have recorded right away and measured fully. I'm curious about the head circumference. My PIs have been continuously pretty good with the exception of when I hurt myself clamping. Also, without clamping, I notice that my discoloration has drastically reduced.
