      note: Holding the tip with the hanger for reverse jelqs was much more comfortable than manually holding it with tissues or whatever.

          note: the long holds were massively harder than the quick pulls.

              Remek, I had some great PIs, and my head seems like it's been growing a little. But, I actually only remembered the girth at the thickest point and the length, and they were the same. I was busy then forgot to fully record them and eventually forgot some of the stats (I edited them in now though. In a couple of days I'll have a measurement for mid February though, so I'll be able to see how things are going.

                      Bone Pressed Length: 6.75 (standing, legs wide, hips forward)
                      Estimated volume: 15.7001
                      notes: My head is definitely growing; so I'm happy about that. Also good, is that my length isn't really increasing (I don't want to get longer). the heavy pull back kegels I'm doing may be the reason that I'm not getting longer; it seems sort of like having my pelvic muscles getting a lot stronger is preventing more inner penis from being drawn out.
