      End of February Results:
      03-01-08
Coronal ridge circumference: 5.3125(sat on edge; following the angle of the ridge)
      Girth at thickest point:
      5.5625 (sat on edge; perpendicular)
Girth at thinest point: 5.1875 (sat on edge; perpendicular)
Bone Pressed Length: 6.875 (standing, legs wide, hips forward)
      Estimated volume: 15.8059
Estimated volume w/ coronal ridge circumference factored in: 15.6836

notes: I've gotten a pretty drastic change in head size, IMO, over the past 2 months. That's enough to make me happy. Hopefully some other gains will start coming too. The month pretty much consisted of hanging and jelqing.
nutrition: I took yohimbe about every other day, a bunch of fish oil most days, extra vitamin C sometimes, took Korean ginseng about once a day, took lots of protein, and tried out Enzyte (just out of curiosity - noticed no real differences from it).

        Hanging (45 degrees right):

5 lbs x 12 minutes (all the way flaccid)
        Jelqing:
        100 medium full jelqs
        Hanging (45 degrees left):
5 lbs x 12 minutes (all the way flaccid)
        Jelqing:
        100 medium full jelqs

Notes: Because I tend to stretch right more to correct a slight left curve, I felt the stretches to the left much more strongly than the ones to the right.

note: exactly the same as yesterday. The fluid buildup from the vacuum was more pronounced today though.

                    (03/12/08)

                    Pull Back Kegel Workout: (SO)
                    Warm up: 2.5x20, 5x20, 7.5x20
Working Sets: 10 sets of 10x20 (holding the last rep)

Note: I unhooked the weight between sets, but for the most part left the hanger on between sets.
Note: This is experimental. I'm going to model my kegel workouts a little more similarly to a body building workout. I want to see if I start shooting real far or notice any other effects. If I keep doing this, it'll be every 2 or 3 days.

                      Pull Back Kegel Workout: (SO)
                      Warm up: 2.5x20, 5x20, 7.5x20, 10x20
Working Sets: 10 sets of 12.5x20 (holding the last rep)

note: These were kinda fun. I was really focusing on pulling as far and intensely as possible. I got the slightest red dots under the head from there being a stronger vacuum though.

                      Later:
                      Pumping:

                            Pull Back Kegel Workout: (SO)

                            Warm up: 2.5x40, 5x30, 7.5x20, 10x20
Working Sets: 3 sets of 12.5x20 (holding the last rep)
Working Sets: 8 sets of 10x20 (holding the last rep)

notes: Fully rested after my 3rd working set. Noticed less rest in between sets felt better. Also, turning my hips down as far as possible made it feel better.
