What kind of stretches are you currently doing? What made you decide to start with A-stretches instead of basic and circle stretches?

Still doing A-stretches, but I have been a bit sloppy on the form, maybe. I occasionally bend it over my thumb and use one hand rather than a wrist, but I plan on strictly following the instructions on this site like I used to.

Sometimes my curiosity takes over and I try to pioneer and experiment rather than remain consistent. I have decided against that since I am unexperienced, would be mostly engaging in guess work, would be risking my penile health, and would lack consistency to draw reliable conclusions. I will, however, begin making my notes here more meticulous. They've been rather vague as I've been wrapped up in career ambitions and other priorities.

I chose A-stretches because they just happen to be among the first techniques I learned here. I wanted to start out by only using a small array of exercises and simply building PE into my routine, thus building discipline, consistency, and testing to see if it worked. So far my results have been quite minor, possibly just a change in EQ, but I have seen recurring positive PIs, and sometimes neutral and negative ones, all of which at least are consistent with the literature here-- that gives me comfort, knowing that this is indeed a credible site.

Update: Just to compartmentalize all my romantic/ sexual musings, I'll post regular reflections in this thread as well. I believe the emotional and personal aspect of PE is as important as the physiological.

Upon starting PE, I motivated by my first heartbreak. Even though she and I were not together, I still became quite self-conscious. I am a virgin, and a kissless one at that. That is more by choice than by circumstance, as I've only had interest in very few girls and was never really into sex or romance for its own sake. I was more inclined to all that recently, but as I've healed, I've regained my former temperament, and am more focused on other issues.

Still, I intend to continue PE and prepare myself for when I meet a girl I truly like, supposing that happens. Either way is good. Chasing tail isn't my style, so I choose to focus on my ambitions instead, letting personal life fall into place as a result of my self-improvement.

Today: 300 jelqs, 2 sets of multi-direction stretches 30 seconds per direction.

Insight: I need to start focusing only on my PE when I am PEing. I also find multi-directional stretches easier than A-stretches, since I am too small to A-stretch comfortably, so I am going to switch.

                          Today: 200 Jelqs
                          3 reps of A-stretches 30 seconds each

I decided to really start focusing when I'm doing my PE. At first, I felt like I was wasting time, but I have adopted a no-multitasking philosophy in my life. Consequently, my workout was a lot better, and I felt much more attuned and aware of my body. I will continue to do this. After 200 consecutive jelqs, I started turtling. I took this as a negative PI and decided that was enough, as I wanted to avoid overdoing it. I also noticed that after blood had rushed to my glans after jelqing and I returned to my flaccid state, the skin of my glans was bright red and crinkled.

It is essential that I continue to become more focused and make salient observations.

Also, I have decided to return to A-stretches. I don't think my reason for switching to multi-directional was sufficient.

To incorporate PE education into my progress log, I will have details on the education part of my routine as well.

Here is a transcription of an article called "Physiological Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!" :

The most important article for any man looking to improve the size and hardness of his penis. Follow your "PIs," and you'll gain more, you'll gain quicker, and you'll exercise safer.

So what are PIs?After reading account of those who have had good growth, as well as personal experiences of growth and loss of progress, it has become apparent that there are Physiological Indicators (PIs) that can guide you while you're exercising your penis.

                              A BREAKDOWN OF PHYSIOLOGICAL INDICATORS

PIs (Physiological Indicators) are observable physical responses of your penis to the forces applied in penile exercising. Anyone who has done PE has seen these, yet most don't use them for the invaluable information that they offer. I break them down into positive PIs, negative PIs, and neutral PIs.

Negative PIs: meaning that when you see these, it is a sign that you are overtraining your unit, and you need to cut back on the amount of time/ force applied.

Positive PIs: Means that this is an excellent indicator that you are NOT overtraining your unit, and probably improving it.

Neutral PIs: are neither clearly positive or negative. They must be INTERPRETED in relation to other definite positive or negative PIs. They are referred to as neutral because they ,at times, may be a positive indicator, and other times, a negative indicator. Whether or not these neutral PIs are positive or negative for you will only become obvious when other definite positive or negative PIs begin to show.

Lets start with some definite Negative PIs:
                              - Pain in the penis
                              -Decreased night and morning wood
                              -Decreased hardness of erections
                              -Numbness
                              -Discoloration
-Loss of size (persisting more than a day)

                              Now for the definite positives:
-Larger flaccid hang lasting all day
                              -Increased night and morning wood
                              -Increased hardness of erections
                              -Easier to achieve erections
                              -Increase of normal size
                              -Increased horniness

                              And the neutral PIs:
-Temporary penis contraction after a PE workout
                              -Redness
                              -Spotting
                              -Slight achiness in your penis
-Increased sized temporarily; a few minutes to a couple hours
-Edema (Fluid build up; swelling) in the penis skin

Of all PIs, size gain or loss is the bottom line! Size loss or gain will give you the final word on whether you are being effective or not.

                              Putting the PIs in Use
Lets say a beginner starts with a simple routine; a 5 minutes warm-up followed by 5 minutes jelqing. When he is done, he notices his unit is slightly larger, reddish, and hangs larger for a few minutes followed by some contraction. Later on, he finds that he has increased night and morning wood.

Together this is a good picture, the increased night and morning wood indicated that the other Neutral PIs can be interpreted as positive PIs. At this point, it would be sensible for the beginner to continue his routine and measure himself once about every one to two weeks. If after two weeks, all the PIs are the same, yet he has made no gains, he should increase his force and/or time of PE.

Why? Because there are no PIs indicating over-training (Negative PIs), therefore his lack of growth is due to undertraining. In this scenario, it would probably be smart for him to increase his jelq time to 10 minutes. This he should stay with, watching his PIs for indications of negatives.

Growth for most of us is a slim margin between too much and too little.

So going back to our Newbie,so he ups his jelqs to 10 minutes, and still has no negative PIs. This indicates that he is still not into over training, a good thing. Lets say after two weeks he remeasures and has 1/4 inch growth, the ultimate positive PI. He should stay with his routine until he stops growing. Then, and only then would increased force/time be called for.

                              Let's take a different scenario

John Q Dickpuller has read the latest technique of hanging a bowling ball off of his dick and decides to give it a try. First thing he notices after his workout, his unit turtles up on him (Neutral PI). Later on, he sees that morning and night wood is gone (negative PI). Finally, when he measures in about a week, he sees that he lost half an inch in length. This bottom line negative PI indicator tells him that he is way into over training!

The turtling, interpreted in light of the loss of size and loss of night and morning wood, is a negative PI for him.John knows now that that the contraction of his unit immediately after his workout is an early indicator of over training his unit.

He lays off completely and waits for his normal night and morning wood to return, which it does in about one week. This is a good indicator that he has recovered from excessive trauma and is ready to get back in the game.

John now tries again, this time with a tennis ball. He sees that after his workout he gets a slight shrinkage, which lasts for only 30 minutes. He finds his night and morning wood improves, and he sees that after 2 weeks, he is starting to gain size.

John now knows that contraction for 30 minutes or less is an early positive PI for him and keeps that in mind whenever he makes any changes to his routine.

Lets use a third, more complex scenario:

Mr B. Dog finds that if he whacks his dick with a hammer, it turns purple, and shrinks for a week. And he loses his erection completely. Wisely, he decides to leave it completely alone for four weeks.

Slowly, his night and morning erections return, his flaccid hang is now longer than before. He finds that when he is fully recovered, he has gained half an inch in length and an inch in girth.

Here, we have a definite negative PI and a neutral PI, but interpreted in light of the final PI (that is, gains), we can say that for Dog, a shrunken and purple penis is a positive indicator of future growth for him, if he takes the time to fully recover.

Recovery is determined by the return of definite positive PIs.

                              LAST SCENARIO

                              S. Knucklehead decided to try pumping. He is making slow and steady gains. is night and morning wood is excellent, the best in years. He also finds that his day time flaccid hang is longer than ever and fluffed out most of the day.

Mr. K knows that this longer, fluffed flaccid is a positive PI for him and that he is "in the zone." Mr. Knucklehead decides to supercharge his pumping session by doing it while clamped. This technique not only feels great, but it causes his dick to swell to an all time new size with no lymphatic fluid (during the PE)!

Knucklehead gets so enthusiastic that he does five sessions in one day. That night Mr. K finds his wood is gone, as well as the mornings. He also finds that his penis is hanging shorter and more contracted. He measures himself over the next week and finds that he has lost a full one half inch.

So even though he found that his unit was huge during pumping, the resulting definite negative PIs indicated that it was more trauma than his unit could handle. Mr. K learned that a swollen dick during PE could be a definite negative PI for him! Mr. K took a week off and waited for his night and morning wood to return as well as his normal flaccid hang (positive PIs).

Mr. K restarted his program, but with 5-10 minutes of clamped pumping. He carefully watched his PIs for indications of overtraining before adding any time/force.

The bottom line: Your penis has definite responses to the forces you use on it.

Learn to read the positives and negatives and learn to interpret the neutrals.

Using these guidelines for your workout, you will have a much better chance at dialing in the amount of force needed for you to achieve growth.
