    PM PE: Sq x52, s2s x520; kegel x13, edge 25min 3stops focused on breathing. Losing focus tonight, perhaps drowsy from allergy pill.

    4/26 day2, PI-prev: good flaccid hang; PrePI: BPSFL 7.8, eq8, lib8.5
    PM PE: Sq x54, s2s x540; kegel x14, edge 25min 3stops focused on breathing. Feeling squeezes are more intense through most reps now.

    4/28 day3, PI-prev: good flaccid hang, some soreness from last workout; PrePI: BPSFL 7.8, eq8.5, lib8.5
    AM PE: Sq x56, s2s x560; kegel x15, edge 25min 3stops focused on kegels. Squeezes were intense and stretches felt good, better grip strength is helping.

                to 7/15 rest week. Life has been getting the better of my schedule this past week so its been an unplanned rest week. Been alternating days between manual jelqs and a homemade jelq-device until my hands are stronger. Most sessions see a range of erection levels, when at 60% sometimes I use a v-jelq and when at 90% a ultimate-jelq. I've also alternated with a palm-down jelq if my hands hurt.
