Will you ever trust her again? Unless the answer is along the lines of "Yes, I completely forgive her for what she did and am ok with it" then run away. Otherwise you will think of her getting railed by someone else all the time. If you're into that, then good for you. If not, it will drive you mad.

I agree with MBD; you two were not seeing each other at the time she slept with the other guy, so that, in my opinion, is a non-issue.

Now, it's a completely different situation if you two were expressly exclusive with each other, and she went and slept with him before your break-up. However, so far this has only been implied. If this is a concern for you, you may have to ask her. And then you have to decide whether or not to believe her.

What bothers me is that she broke up with you, and now she wants you back. That's kinda whack, and points to instability of emotions. I wouldn't be able to take her back; I would be haunted by the idea that she doesn't respect me. I can't be involved with someone who doesn't respect me.

Yes but certain situations men and women handle differently. It's easy for a man to view a girl as a slit easily because women are the gate keepers of sex. Men and women are simply not equal in every way sometimes it favors men other times it favors women. By the way if I did this I wouldn't even ask the woman to take me back.

If she did that to me, I'd tell her to have a nice life. An intentional betrayal is a definite deal breaker to me. Even though technically it wasn't a betrayal because she broke up with you first. Still, she apparently has a wandering eye with motivation to act.

I totally agree with this. Keep in mind, though, that you were NOT a couple when she had sex with another guy.........just food for thought.

Couple or not does not matter. Relationships are not a status. Feelings are not a switch. You can not them turn on and off. To answer original post - don't rush don't give her definite answers make her wait but make yourself accessible. You are not a bear to go into hibernation. If she leaves or makes side steps in near future then she is not worth it. if you mean something to her then she will be ready to wait. Read her body language not words. You won't be able to say if it is true or lies. And most important don't make rash decisions. If you can keep your head cool and don't think about it for a while.
I must say that it looks like she wanted to do that long time ago. But then again she did it only when she split up with you. That means it is not like she does not give a damn about you.

Yeah, ah. I kind of have a problem with someone breaking up with another and then hopping into bed of the bat with another dude/female/what-have-you. If you are a dude with high standards then I would re-think on what kind of woman that you want in your life. Feelings are just that feelings but feelings only go so far and are not what keeps a relationship going forward that takes dedication, sacrifice and some morality.
