Right now I'm doing a type of Uli while trying to keep as much blood in there as I can. I'm going to do those (right now only at like 6 sets for 15 seconds) and bundled stretches to destroy the tunica hopefully. I am getting TEMP GAINS and expansion from my girth routine now so I will continue doing so. Interesting, so you're doing like 6x15sec Modified Uli's? I myself have never done that short sets, personally I wouldn't go under 30 secs on a rep.
Make sure you do the Bundled Stretches BEFORE the Uli's as the Uli's are much more effective if your tunica is pre-exhausted by the bundled stretches.
But anyways it's good to see that you're getting temporary gains! I see that you're getting 3/16 in temporary, isn't that like 0.2"?

This is exactly the kind of feedback I need. I will do Bundled Stretches BEFORE the Uli's to make sure my tunica is pre-exhausted. Length
- 100 kegel while stretching towards belly button
- 15 second fulcrum stretches, UP, D, L, R
- 30 second stretches UP, BTC(L), BTC(R), L, R
- 10 second bundled stretches, twice in both directions
Girth
- 1 x 30 second Uli (started feeling slight pain here)
- 10 rep, 3 times slow nice Jelqs
- edging then ejaculation
I feel since my penis has just been using a hanger for the past 5 months it's not really used to some of the length exercises I'm doing. That and the fact I'm not used to doing them so there could be a slight technique issue I can critique over time. The pain I started to feel during the Uli was minimum but it was there, the lower side of the top of my penis. I think I may have done this during my length training. This is OK as it went away during Jelqs. Maybe needed to be a bit more warmed up and I'm not as used to the exercises yet. Still learning and getting the hang of it.
I also did some stretching to reduce turkey neck

- 3 Ulis, 30 seconds each

I've been manual clamping in the bath a lot, different grips over and underhand switching hands etc...hoping to really add to girth over the summer. Do you have any recommendations for pumping? I like DIY stuff (sock hanging) is there something similar for pumping?8/1/13: MSEG 4.75", BPEL 6.25"

Part of me misses hanging every day. But my routine will be different. I plan to hang 1-2 times a week MAX while taking rest days and doing my manual exercise. Main goal is to avoid injury while still growing my penis

I'm thinking I should be using a stopwatch or something when I am doing these, since counting in my head isn't EXACT every time.

interested to see how I measure this month. I definitely feel the downfall to not hanging every day like I was at one point. But focusing mainly on girth, which I've found to be quite difficult to master as well. I've got hanging down pretty nicely though

Are you finished with hanging or is it just alternate/pause thing with the manual exercises?
Im in manual exercise for about 3 month 1d on 1d off and will now go up 2d on 1d off. I’m also interesting should I combinating with manual or standalone? I have the time so I can do both as I not get too fatigued should be good right?
