    So I've had a few drinks, and I'm currently drinking more. I haven't done hanging tipsy before but this should be interesting. It sounds like a really bad idea but I will take it slow and make sure I'm not doing anything dangerous. Lol. First attempt at tipsy hanging... Will come back and edit this later. I've had 2 beers and a shot of bourbon, nothing crazy. I should be fine. Update soon ...

    Today:

    - 15 minute warmup
    - 20 minute 2.5lbs btc
    - 10 minute break
    - 20 minute 2.5lbs btc
    - 10 minute warm down light jelq with lotion

    Alright so tonight I drank... probably not the best decision but I made it out alive. Safe. The weight increase was noticeable. I did very light swinging and for not very long. I feel like I reached fatigue or I was at least very close. I did not do 3 sets but I only did 2 because I doubled in weight. Tomorrow I will try for 3 sets if I feel up for it.

    Friday I'm spending the whole day with my girl and it's going to be an amazing day. We're going to eat some Pho for dinner and we have plans throughout the day. Can't wait.

    Penis is responding well to all of the hanging and I'm very proud. Looking forward to what the future brings.

      Hahahaha!!! Hanging while buzzed lol... Buzzed hanging is drunk hanging as the commercials would surely say hahahaha! I'm proud of you bro. You got a hell of a routine going. I expect you will do big things!

            The first week at 1.25lb I did not feel fatigue. I was getting my routine down and making sure I was wrapping and hanging properly. Tonight will be my 3rd night at 2.50lb and yes I do THINK I am feeling fatigue. At least a lot more than at 1.25lb.

            The thing you have to realize is everyone is different and at different stages in their hanging career. What fatigues me may not fatigue you. Although I am a noob at hanging, here is some advice:

            Oh and also fatigue should happen during hanging if I am not mistaken. It's the point where you are NOT in pain but you feel like you can no longer hold this amount of weight. Once you hit fatigue (preferably during 1st or 2nd set) you should drop the weight a little and continue to ride the fatigue at a more reasonable weight. I guess I have no hit fatigue since I haven't dropped the weight.

            But for advice (and I'm not sure how experienced you are)

            - I'd recommend doing the same set and weight for at least 1 week before changing
            - Increase sets before you increase weight
            - Hang everyday
            - Make sure you are not hanging for more than 20 minutes at a time
            - Take breaks in between sets for 5-10 minutes at least to get blood flowing again
            - WARMUP (you can do other shit with a rice sock on your cock, it's worth it)
            - Use lotion after if you're getting cracks or tears in your skin
            - WARMDOWN

            Rinse and repeat... That's what I'm trying to do at least. Best wishes to you!

              Alright so the girl wanted to come over after work around 6 but I told her to come over at 8 instead. Obviously so I could get some hanging in. She doesn't know but... she eventually will when I get bigger

              Today:

              - 20 minute warmup
              - 20 minute 2.5lb BTC
              - 10 minute break
              - 20 minute 2.5lb BTC
              - 15 minute warmdown

              I'm really feeling a difference in 2.5lb considering it's double the weight I've been used to. My penis is responding well! I would have liked to possibly get in a 3rd set but I was on a time constraint. Girl will be over tomorrow and spending the night again but plan to get back at it Saturday morning and do more Saturday night... I don't really like taking days off but I'll be having sex pretty much the whole time while she's here

                Guys... update.

                PE WORKS !!!

                I knew this since I started... but it really is true.

                Since I started back with PE this year, and my new hanging routine, I've noticed gains. A difference when you take a piss in the toilet and notice your dick just looks bigger. My flaccid length and girth has grown.

                Not only that but tonight after sex I was told "it's just so... long and hard" with a big smile on her face. My EQ is very good and I think I'm getting longer even though I haven't measured yet. I've been seeing this girl over 2 years and she's never made a comment like that. Sure... she's said the whole "you're big" but tonight it was genuine. Long and hard. Can't wait to finish my hanging journey (looking for 8inch NBPEL) then I'll focus on girth for a long long time.

                For those of you reading, skeptical if PE works... it works. You just have to know what you're doing, read a lot, be safe, put the time in, and be consistent.

                  - 20 minute warmup

                  - 10 minute break
                  - 20 minute 2.5lb btc
                  - 10 minute break
                  - 20 minute 2.5lb btc
                  - 10 minute light jelq, lotion, blood circulation, etc

                  This was my first AM workout and I did enjoy it. It's easier for me to do morning hanging on the weekends. During my hanging session there were a few times I thought I may need to drop the weight, which makes me happy I'm feeling it with only 2.5lbs. I'm going to continue this weight for a while until I am not feeling anything from it.

                  Contemplating doing at least 2 more sets tonight, we will see. I do need to put more time into hanging although I do feel like I've been relatively consistent considering my schedule and time constraints.


                  Tonight:


                  12 hours later decided to hang more while watching season 2 of Stranger Things.

                  - 20 minute warmup
                  - 20 minute hanging 2.5lb btc
                  - 10 minute break
                  - 20 minute hanging 2.5lb btc
                  - 10 minute break
                  - 20 minute hanging 2.5lb btc
                  - 15 minute light jelqing, blood flow, etc

                  At the end of my sets tonight I was doing some bouncing and swinging side to side to try and reach fatigue. I feel like I'm right on the cusp of getting there. There are some times when the weight seems like A LOT but after a few minutes I can get used to it. My penis is responding well. Tomorrow I plan on just doing 3 sets of 20 instead of 6 sets of 20.

                    My routines have been going well but I still feel like I am not hitting fatigue. That being said, there are times where I feel it is very heavy for only being 2.5lbs. Instead of increasing weight right now, I am going to continue and do at least finish my 1 week at 2.5lbs.

                    Today:


                    - 15 minute warmup
                    - 20 minute hanging 2.5lb btc
                    - 5 minute break
                    - 20 minute hanging 2.5lb btc (with some bouncing and swinging to try and reach fatigue)
                    - 10 minute break
                    - 20 minute hanging 2.5lb btc (with some bouncing and swinging to try and reach fatigue)
                    - 10 minute light jelqing, rubbing, etc to get blood flow with lotion

                              Alright guys,

                              It's been 1 week since I increased my weight to 2.5lbs. Today I'm proud to announce I increased my hanging weight to 3.75lbs and man do I feel the difference! There were a few points where I felt "am I at fatigue?" but I guess I wasn't since I was still able to hang at the weight. Although, I am super happy at this weight for at least another week.

                              I will be seeing the girl tomorrow, I'll hang Friday... Saturday I'll be out of town, Sunday I'll continue my hanging. My next weight increase will be 5lbs total! (which some suggest you start out at) I am happy with my progress and I have only had good signs since starting.

                              Everything is going great. I love hanging. It feels really good to hang and stretch your ligs. When I take a piss at work, I actually have a hard time getting my dick back in my pants. Imagine that, a problem I never had before hanging. My flaccid length and girth has increased dramatically. I have yet to measure my BPEL. But once I hit one month I will be doing so. Stay posted!

                                Do you think suspending is more effective than extender?
