    Hey coffee you sure do like you Tunica tugs haha. I like to here other peoples views on training, yours are very interesting keep it up! Maybe you should post more often on your progress log?? It would be great to see how you get on. All the best for the new year mate hope you keep growing.

      I am usually quite skeptical however I will give this one a chance. It is a sneaking suspicion of mine that if you really gun it in the beginning, your noob gains will be greater than if you go slow. Unfortunately this significantly increases the chances of injury. We see a little bit of both here in Coffee's story.

        I wanna thank everyone for their support and i will keep this up and i hope i have at least inspired some people with my story to continue striving for success in PE.

          Well, I'm not here to play devil's advocate and wish you the best, but I sincerely hope you read my previous post here. you're young, you have a whole life of sex and everything else in front of you. You have NO REASON TO BE IN A HURRY! Don't fuck up your cock trying to press the gains. Time is on your side. If you truly have gained that much in 90 days, great, but I still maintain you've likely over-stretched your ligs. Injury to these ligs will harden them and prevent future stretching. Just be careful mate!

            Hi Coffee, when you say "tunica tugs 15 times" do you mean you get into a tunica tug grip and do 15 quick tunica tugs? or do you mean you get into a tunica tug grip and do fifteen tunica tugs of 30+ seconds each? So basically what i'm asking is what time duration do you hold each tunica tug?

              I appreciate your concern and I agree with you 100 percent. Time is on my side and i shouldn't rush things but as i said earlier. I know i am putting my penis under a lot of stress and i am constantly closely monitoring it and i take many precautions so a serious injury doesn't occur. I know when to back off and as for where my gains have come from, ligament stretch, tunica stretch, i am not really sure either. For all i know you could be right that most of my gains have come from ligament stretch, but at the same time maybe all of them have come from tunica stretch, or maybe its a combination, who knows. One thing is certain is that i try to hit all basis for growth when i exercises my penis and safety is my number one concern.

                Yea i just do 15 quick tunica tugs, takes less than 5-7 seconds lol.

                  I'm sorry about acting stupid (lol this is no act ) but you're saying that all the 15 quick tunica tugs are completed within 7 seconds (each tunica tug only lasts half a second)?

                      Thanks for clearing up the confusion. Although Coffee should have described it has "1 superquick tunica tug with 15 superquick pulls" because one normal tunica tug usually lasts at least 30 seconds.

                            That... is... awesome. I really think I'm going to incorporate your routine at least partially after my first measure on the 1st or 2nd of January. WOW, nothing else to say, haha. Congratulations dude, and thanks for sharing with the PE community your routine!
