Thanks for bumping this thread. I tried it for a few minutes recently, and it definitely pushes the blood into your unit. Seems like a hybrid of jelqing combined with clamping and fowlers. Interesting stuff. I'll be trying this more going forward and will be posting any workouts or results on my log in the progress forum "BallsMahoney's Log".Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75

It's basically a BTC stretch while squeezing a semi. Bending along the way.
I do similar when in a CR or clamp bending BTC while hold the glans squeezing.

Having read about the positive aspects of this girth technique, I've decided to implement it to my routine.
I've now ridden my toilet seat 3 times and visual results appear pleasing.
I'll report on measurements after a month of using this girth technique.
My routine:
--Day1 1 hr bathmate (1 hour water time, broken in 4-5 sessions, with UV jelqs in between)
--Day2 is this seat squash extreme girth technique, with a light bathmate warmup and cool down. Porno and UV jelqs to keep erection level at ~50% between sitting on my oiled D
--Repeat for 5 days on, 2 days off

Others have mentioned using it and seeing temporary results (though I haven't read through the entire thread to verify follow ups). Still on this routine 3-4 weeks in. Visually better flacid and erect but no empirical measurements to support any material gains. Too early for any permanent gains, realistically speaking.
Will continue using this technique as part of my girth regimen (bathmate day - toilet seat jelq (this) day, 5 on, 2 off or something depending on schedule)

So here’s what I noticed after 1 week:
1.) it takes a bit to get the form down, but it definitely creates a pump after 15-20 minutes of doing this with 60-70% EQ.
2.) Pre-exercise I could fit relatively easily through a toilet paper roll. Post tubcrusher, I could barely fit through the roll, my base girth could not fit through the roll.
3.) the pressure when I lean forward, tilting downward and having my penis meet the edge of the enclosed(top part) toilet seat cover is what makes the difference.
Equation: Your weight sitting on penis + slowly sliding your penis forward and downward on the edge of the toilet seat = Expansion
I will do this exercise over the course of 90-120 days and let you know the results I get. But it is promising, it just takes time to get the form down.
