My first post, I'll do a intro sometime when I have more time.
I tried this for the first time last week after stalling on my girth gains for a few weeks. Immediately after a few minutes, I looked thicker, but had a good sized "bruise" on my middle right side and lots of red dots. I tried it a few times after the next day on a toilet seat, with no negative PI's. I have done this exercise without lube every time, except once and prefer it without, as my dick just keep sliding around.
I left my penis alone the rest of the weekend to heal and measured this morning. I had a girth gain from 4.3 to 4.6 MEG and from 5.0 to 5.3 BEG. I am obviously excited, but curious if this will stay or just temporary girth gain. Is this just like an erect fowfer? With some movement to push the blood around? Or am I doing it wrong?
I do like how it hangs afterward, and I feel like you get a good ligament stretch as well.

Interest technique and thread. Before I give this an attempt a quick question.
Can anyone else confirm that "Aveeno skin relief lotion" does aid in releasing more testostorone?
With so many variations out there Tub/Bed/Toilet Smasher, i will attempt the Couch Smasher.
To prevent making a mess on my elegant couch, I will use a plastic bag(no lube necessary) and place it on the edge of couch(arm rest). Hopefully my Unit will not slip out from bag. With the cushion of the couch the chances of injury will be lower but hopefully technique is still as effective.
If I do make gains on my lower shaft that will be great as my midshaft is .25" bigger. I am on week 3 of JP90 so I will try this on my off day next week and report my results.Initial(8/15/17):

Current(12/12/17):
BPEL: 6.00" NBPEL: 5.25" MEG: 4.375"
