Men can't pee with a hard on, because it's the body's way of keeping the sperm non contaminated. Yes, woman can pee during sex--but it's rare. The woman would KNOW, that she's peeing. The exception would be women, usually middle aged, with an over active bladder who experience urgency or incontenance. In this case, intercourse may be limited or non existant depending on her comfort, self confidence and libido.
