Different arousal levels tend to cause different kinds of kissing. Sense what your partner likes, in general they like what they are doing to you, so if they come in with pressure meet them with the same amount. If they only part their lips a little and just tease with their tongue don't try and pry their mouth open with your tongue, just follow their lead and lightly tease with your tongue.
