I used to hate kegels -- they just felt weird. But with a lot of practice I can do them without really thinking anymore, and they no longer feel strange. Yes, I meant my vaginal/vulval area. It does feel like more blood is pumping in that area more of the time. I can really feel it when I have been kegeling a while.
