JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

  • Hey Rob, welcome to the PE Gym.
    The vitamins and amino acids can be started immediately.

    Do the routine as written and you will increase your base girth as well as your overall girth.

    The stretching part of this routine is to condition your penis. Stretch only with enough pull that you get full extention on your penis.

    The Kegels should be done for a quick count of 25.

          • uhm yet the warming up part, instead of using a hot towel can i not just jump in the shower for 10-15 minutes? will that work?

            • Is this the best routine to start out? or do any pros have a better beginner routine?
              Took a year break like a lame-o, lesson learned...anyway
              Current stats 9/1/10: BPEL 6.9 EG 5
              First goal: 7.5x5.15
              Second goal: 8x5.5
              Dreaming goal?: 9x6(ish)

              • what if i have no LOT? should i use the direction that tugs the least? and what does it mean if i have no LOT? is that good or bad?
                Starting - 5.75" BPEL x 5.5" girth
                Current - 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" girth
                Goal - 8" BPEL x 6" girth

                  If you have NO loss of tug in any direction, it is an indicator that your ligaments are pretty tight and will benifit greatly from the stretching portion of the routine.

                  Exercise in ALL directions.

                    • Sorry banana, must have missed this one. YES! you can do the "V" Jelqs while standing up. These are a combination stretching and Jelqing exercise. I prefer this myself as I do all my exercises while standing, except the Tunica Tugs and water pumping which I do lying back in a hot tub.

                      • No problem I'm glad you replied now. I will continue to do the V-Jelqs although I don't get much expansion and it doesn't feel intense at all. Let's see how it goes.

                          Hello i'm new here. The main reasons that I joined this forum was because it is free and of course because I am talking to real people who have had proven results.
                          I am very eager on starting a routine abd was wondering if you guys think this is a good one for a beginner.
                          • 2-3mins warm up
                          • 5mins stretching
                          • 10mins jelqing
                          • 2-3mins cool down
                          Then switch to a more advanced routine after results slow or freeze.

                            Stick to the 90-day beginner routine please. Don't up your routine until you have exercised for at least three months.

                                I don't think that anybody knows. Remember that some people gain easily and some don't.
