    • Ok Jon, Here's another question. In the 90 day beginners routine, how hard should I be stretching? I stretch fairly hard but it is difficult to gauge it accurately. I'm about 2 weeks into it. I'm slightly sore, but just mildly nothing too bad. Kinda like sore muscles the day after a workout. Very dull and it seems to be fading. I'm gonna measure after my 90 days and if I see a decent gain my joy will be felt all over town.

      • GMan, just get a decent pull. Make sure the ligaments are thouroughly warmed all the way through. Do not pull to the point of discomfort. Good Luck.

        • Foreskin Restoration and PE

          Hello to the group! I am working on PE (just started), but would also like to restore my foreskin (see NORM - The National Organization of Restoring Men for details) in the process. I have read where dry jelquing can help with this, but is there a regimen that has worked for anyone to achieve both results simultaneously, or are they mutually exclusive? As in another post, I'm also endeavoring to increase my 'show' rather than 'grow', so I am going to try wrapping (using no-hurt-tape from J&J). Again, am I asking for the impossible, and if so, which goal should I work toward first for maximum results?

            I haven't heard of NORM until now. Checked out the website, and wow. I'm impressed with the various organizations out there.

            The goal of a newbie routine, like JP's here is to condition your penis for more intense exercises in the future.

            And the routine has Wet Jelqs as the plan.

            If you don't mind my asking, why do you want to restore your foreskin? From my knowledge, those who are uncut, can increase their foreskin amount. I just did a search online for PE exercises to restore foreskin. And here's what I've come up with for you.

            Highest Probability to Increase Foreskin:
            -Hanging weights
            -Stretching
            -Wet Jelqs

            • Thanks figMINT! I will continue on the 90-day routine and read through the online links you mentioned. Reasons for wanting to restore foreskin - increased sensitivity for me during sex; an unsheathed head becomes desensitized due to constant rubbing on clothing. PE is for self-esteem as well as better sex for my partner.
              There are lots of other reasons for wanting to restore foreskin, none of which has anything to do with sexuality or sensuality, and I'm not into those, other than beginning to resent the fact that elective surgery was performed on me without my consent. I don't intend on becoming militant at my age (62).

                  To all you PE'rs.

                  This is just my opinion, my own observation and a determination.

                  I have always been an advocate of doing PE 5 days, with 2 days off for growth and healing. Whenever asked I always state this. This has been my advice in my Beginners Routine and I have followed this myself during the many months I have been doing Penis Exercises. I still recommend this cycle, especially for those new to PE.

                  I am now changing my thinking on this, at least where MY routine is concerned.

                  I'm sure that I'm not the only one that this happens to. So I'll try and get to the point.

                  I have noticed for quite awhile now, that when doing my PE in the mornings, one day, maybe two, three days in a row, I'll have a great PE session. Everything working, great workout, penis responded to what you were doing, you know the feeling. Then, the next day, nothing. The routine doesn't go well, so you give up, chalking it up to being too tired, not in the mood, mind is somewhere else, etc. And yet, wanting to stay in my routine, I'll keep trying untill I finally quit in frustration.

                  I have been charting this for the past few months and paying attention to these "Down Days" as I call them. Some days I only get 1 good workout before having a Down Day, sometimes I can get 3,5 days in a row. But I have found a cycle here. I now, realize that my body is telling me that these are the "Growth Days." I use these Down Days as my rest days now and have found that this is the cycle that works for me. All my workouts have been more productive and don't want to post yet, but the gains after being stalled for the past couple of months, are incredible...But waiting to cement these before saying.

                  You Ask? What happens if you don't have a Down Day for say...4,5, days in a row?

                  I do my exercises untill I have a Down Day. As long as the session is what I consider productive. I know I will have a Down Day, maybe 2 in a row, so this is now my determination. All I can say is "Listen to your body" Feed Back? JP

                    • Hi, I know it is advised to start out on the 90 day newbie routine, but I was wondering if I could have some feedback on the routine I heard about. I started this routine four weeks ago, and I can honestly say that my erection quality has increased. I have not measured yet for gains, but Im going to today, however, it feels as if I have made some gains. Here is the routine, I got this from a video I seen:

                      Day 1- day 5:
                      - 10 min warm up
                      - 40 jelqs
                      - 40 shakes
                      - 5 sets of 10 second stretches
                      - 10 min cool down

                      Day 6:
                      - The same as the first five days, but you increase by 40 jelqs.

                      Day 7:
                      - Rest day

                      Day 8 and beyond:
                      - The same for everything but the jelqs, which are increased by 40 every week.

                      So, its 6 days on, 1 day off. You start at 40 jelqs, then increase by 40 every week. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I will come back with my measurements later. I have my starting measurments, but I will post them when I measure for the four week progress check.

                        Starting @ BPEL 6 1/4" and EG is 5". Goal is 7 BPEL and EG of 6.

                        • Three weeks in, I'm larger and fuller flaccid, girthier and more vascular. On the three forums I see this is the golden routine tried by many. I know "to each his own" but what is a good average length and girth gain for the first 3 months. 1/2"L by 1/4"G a good guess? Reason I ask, going into my 4th week I'm unofficially at 6 1/4"BPEL no change in girth on my offday.

                            There are a lot of factors that govern the rate that ones penis can grow from PE. We just don't know what they are yet. Well anyway i think elite nutrition plays the most important role. Welcome to pegym.

                              First of all, respects and thanks for posting this valuable piece of information here!

                              I've been on this routine for the past 3 days now, but there's a few things I want to clear up so I can get the best possible results.

                              My sessions seem to last really long, mostly because I can't maintain a good optimum erection when I jelq. I have to stop frequently to stimulate my erection in order to resume.

                              I've tried loosening my grip, but it only helps a little. It feels like a trade-off:
                              Loose grip, but less stops (weaker/less intense jelq) V.S. tighter grip, but more stops (stronger/more intense jelq).

                              By the way, when I mean tighter grip, I don't mean super hard like I'm squeezing my penis off, but what I feel is the best optimum grip that traps and pushes the blood up my penis.

                              I'm worried that these prolonged sessions are overworking my penis, and have a negative impact on my goals. What should be the optimum workout time on this routine?

                              Any advice as to what to do? Anything that would help me keep my erection at the right levels for a prolonged period of time for me to complete the routine successfully?

                                I started your program just over a week ago and I feel as though it has already made a positive impact. Thank you for helping out us beginners.

                                One question I have about the 10 big circles is approximately how long it should take to complete 1 circle rotation? In the more advanced exercises part of this site I noticed that the "rotating stretch" is very similar and it recommends a ten to fifteen second rotation, however my circles have been only 3-4 seconds. What do you recommend for your program?
