JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

    You should not kegel while doing the JP90 Stretches, it's fine to still kegel separate from your routine. If you have concerns about doing PE with your current health conditions, I would recommend going to a doctor to find out. It looks like you have already made a lot of progress with your ED, congrats! Be sure to read the threads in the START HERE! section at the top left of this website. The advice there will help ensure that you do all of this safely.

    • Hey guys! So I'm barely 2 days into this program but I'm not sure if I can do 5 days on 2 days off safely (I've never done PE before, but my EQ is normal and I can last pretty long already). My goal here is to minimize injury as much as possible. Would ya'll think it's better to do that schedule or continue with my current 2 days on 1 day off?

      • Hi guys. i found two different informations about V jelg here in this forum. i would like to ask about amount of reps. Does these 30reps means only 30 reps or 30 reps is a one hand and i have to do totally 60 of them? i also found information that i should do 90of reps. 30 up, 30 left, 30 right. What gives me 90reps. Totally 270 per one session. Which informations are true?

          In terms of the JP90, 1 jelq=1 slide along your shaft with each hand. So, with the V-jelqs, 30 v jelqs would be 30 slides up and left with the left hand and 30 slides up and right with the right hand, usually performed alternating hands. It's called the v because your jelqing and your cock forms a V as you alternate hands. Up and right, up and left.
          Hope that helps. You don't have to start with the full routine which is 3 sets of 50 jelqs and 3 sets of 30 V-jelqs. Build up to that over the first 4-6 weeks. It takes some time out of your day to get the routine done for sure, but well worth it IMO.

            • I been doing this program for almost 5 weeks now and just started to see results, but I would like to know a few things.

              1- Can I masturbate or have sex normally? I've been very carefully with this, trying to avoid sexual intercourse.
              2- Can it be done twice a day? If so, should it be the full routine or be divided?
              3- Can be complemented with weights? I've been thinking about buying a set, but not sure if it cold cause injury
              4- How much time should it take the warm up and the jelking? At first it took me like 40 min to do the full rutine, but lately it takes me about 25 min, I though it was due practice, but i'm not sure if its ok

              • 1 - HAVE SEX AT ANY OPPORTUNITY YOU HAVE! It's actually can benefit your gains to have some good rigorous sex. As far as the masturbation just keep it in moderation.

                2 and 3 - Slow down! You are making gains with it now so stick with it. Trying to rush gains can have a negative effect on the potential gains you can make or even worse, it can lead to injury.

                4 - Your times sound about right. It can take a little longer at first to get the hang of it. Now that you have reduced the amount of time you spend it's time to slowly start adding reps and intensity to the routine instead of all the other suggested changes to your routine your made.

                  Sorry if they are obvious english is not my main language:

                  Helicopter Shakes:
                  If i understand right, i grab near the base, and i need to make the tip of the dick to "draw circles in the air", is that right? Not twist the dick, but make it do a circle.

                  10 BIG circles stretch:

                  Isnt this the same as helicopter shakes, but instead of grabbing at the base, i grab at the head and stretch and do a big circle with the tip of the dick that has to touch both thighs?

                    • With the helicopter shakes you are basically swinging it around in a circle.

                      The circle stretching is done like this.

                          • what is the purpose of the V jelg? it seems like it would not trap as much blood since there isn't pressure around the whole shaft so blood could escape in between the fingers?

                            About how long should this routine take, and should I build up to that number of reps?

                                I thought edging was for premature emasculation? Is the v jelg for that too? If not why are they interchangeable? Thanks!
