    • Guys i'm 2 weeks in and no erect length gains. Is this normal or am i expecting too much this soon? i have however noticed some flaccid gains. Also are the gains permanent or do i have to keep this up to maintain?

          two weeks is way too early to expect anything. Be patient and consistent and the gains will come.

          You will need to go through a cementing period to make your gains permanent once you reach your goals. Even after that it wouldn't hurt to do an occasional maintenance routine.

              I see the post Is a little old but I don't know if somewone started by this routine in 2018 and have now good results ? I have a goal at least 6 inches.

                • You have to go to the very beginning of this thread and study JonPop's first posting and just go from there. I can't remember if there were any videos on it.

                        • They all work together. Jelqs can do both length and girth. Stretches mainly target length. Jelqs help promote blood flow to penis so it is good for improving EQ and conditioning.

                              • JonPop, what are the implied actions of a down day? I do not jelq on down days but I maintain a light stretching routine.
