      V jelqs a little bit tricky and im not sure if i understand correct but i saw a video and tried to do as it says so, up and hold and then left and right. When hands reaches to the glans holding a little bit. I can share that video here and you guys can check.

      I think about all other exercises im doing okey and will be better when i do more.
      A 1 on 1 off schedule may be a light way to start with but youw ill want to work up to more than that to see the best results. You get out of it what you put into it.

      I know the video your talking about and it's not the same V jelqs that are use in this routine. Here is an illistration of how it should be done.

      • Thanks a lot , if im doing 5 days and 2 days off how it will be ? Like 2 days PE and 1 day of and 1 day Pe and 1 day off and 2 days again ?

          Whatever you prefer, I've done 2 days on 1 day off ever since i started with PE and it works amazing, 4-5 days of training pr week with lots of healthy rest!

            5 days of PE in a row followed by 2 days off. The other option is the 2 on 1 off BigKnob mentioned.

              • So I've started with JPs 90 Day Beginner routine, +3 weeks in actually and I was wondering if any increases in the reps should be considered or if these exercises should be kept their original instruction the whole 90 days through.

                And where to look for any advancements post the 90 days in terms of exercises?

                • Hi Cavalier I would like to get your feed back if you don't mind.

                  Im starting in on PE and have read through a lot of the comments above and followed the newbie advice articles and forums shared around on this site.

                  So I am taking it very slow, or what so i thought, was too slow.

                  I am wanting to start the 90 day program as outlined here.

                  So as i was starting slow, I decided to just started with the basic stretching, mostly to get used to playing with myself without getting a chub.
                  Im approaching 2 weeks of just the stretching, on a 2 day one 1 off routine.
                  Seemed easy enough, and I got used to it pretty quick, don't chub up much.
                  after stretching, have a very nice hang, until it goes back to normal, maybe even a little smaller (its winter here so im not putting much on that)
                  however, my concern is at night, I haven't been having my normal night time erections, if i get morning wood, it seems half assed.

                  is it the kegels are just exhausting?
                  am I pulling too hard? (i have no pain or discomfort while stretching)
                  is it just early days while my penis gets used to the stretch?

                  i figured im not doing anything too strenuous in regards to the other steps so it can't be too bad.

                  I don't have any problems with my erection when it needs to stand at attention, once my partner and I get going, my little guys off and running.

                  what do you think?
                  my bodies just not used to it aye?

                  • Are you kegeling during your stretch? In a quote box at the top of the Basic Stretching Exercises instructions you will see where it's now recommended that a beginner should not kegel during the stretch.

                    CAUTION- The technique of stretching while kegeling can be harmful for those who don't have the requisite level conditioning to handle it. if you're new to training it would be in your best interests to become proficient in the standard kegel before attempting to stretch against a kegel contraction.
                    As long as you aren't having any problems with your daytime erections you shouldn't get too concerned over your morning ones right now. The JP90 is a great routine for overall penile health and EQ but an important part of that is the jelqing. Once you incorporate that into your routine I think you will start to see an improvement in your morning erection.

                    • Yes, I am kegeling during the stretch.
                      I am pretty familiar with them from yoga and other body training work I do. So thought I was proficient enough. However it is quite a different type of effort stretching against them.

                      Yeah and as I mentioned, I’m not in pain or discomfort, my little dude just seemed tired, it could be just all the warnings I’ve been reading making me paranoid.

                      I’ll gradually start incorporating the jelq and see if that’s what it was missing. Thank you for getting back to me and sorry if I wasted your time.

                      To be honest, I think I had assumed that the stretch was basically an extension of the warm up and didn’t expect much of a result other than getting used to playing with myself. But it is an exhausting task on a penis that’s not used to it.

                        • Also since I am uncircumcised is it okay to do dry jelqs with one hand, since I read that dry jelqing is best for uncircumcised. And how do I do v-jelqs with one hand.

                          • Hello everyone, new member here just starting my PE journey. Have a couple of questions and would really appreciate some senior members advice. I am following JP's beginner routine however as I am uncut I have substituted dry jelqs for wet jelqs ( I do use a little baby oil to smooth things out) as the two handed wet jelq variety doesnt feel right with all my extra skin, basically end up with a big skin sack at the end of my glans, I'm sure you know what I'm talking bout.

                            1. I read on one of the dry jelq pages that they are more intense? and therefore you shouldn't do as many? how many dry jelqs should I be doing as the recommended wet jelqs are 3x50 = 150 total per session.

                            2. Regarding V jelqs, should I be performing these similar to the dry jelq (one handed and using the skin as a lubricant over my shaft) or use both hands like as with a wet jelq? I can perform these two handed and it doesnt end up with a big sack of skin in front of my glans like with regular wet jelqs.

                            3. Regarding Kegels and reverse kegels, I think I'm supposed to kegel before each jelq right? therfore I'm already doing alot of normal kegels each day so should I be doing any more standard kegel exercise throughout the day or just reverse kegels to balance my pelvic floor? ( still learning the reverse kegel, the best description I've found to perform them so far is to imagine trying to pee stronger and faster)

                            I'm sure I'll have more questions soon but I think these are the most pressing right now.

                            • Beginner question here:

                              1. Stretching in circles - how many seconds should be in 1 rotation?

                              2. Jelqs - 1 stroke/hand = 1 rep? Or 2 strokes/hands = 1 rep?
