        Everyone is different. Some people gain 1/4 of an inch in three months, and then you have people like myself . The results I got came from this program until I started to overtrain. I believe progression on this program should be extremely slow due to the high volume. Maybe increase 5 jelqs a week until you get to week 3 which is when my progress started to shut down.

        If it makes any difference, I lift weights and have about 300g of protein a day which could have had something to do with it.

        • I've started PE less than a month ago and tried different things including advanced stuff which I should have (hanging and clamping), but it was convenient and didn’t take a lot of time. I've had virtually no results for length but was surprised by the girth. That gives me hope to continue, but I’m going to stick with your beginner routine ( and probably keep the clamping routine also) and see how that works out for me. I did it today and I think this will help me lot better for length than what I was doing. Thanks and I’ll keep reading through the posts for continued advice.

            • Hmmm LOT is at 6:00....does that mean gains will take alot longer? so I can't do hanging stuff with a low LOT?
              Took a year break like a lame-o, lesson learned...anyway

                Exercise in ALL directions. Don't even think about hanging until you finish the full 90 days.

                      What does this mean for my gains, then. Since LOT at 6 means harder gains, what does no LOT mean?

                      • so far so good, I added the basic stretches and Jai streches into my routine about 2 x a night, no time for wet jelqs, but do clenching about 2-3 times a day for girth. In the last 1 1/2 weeks I gained .20" in length, while my .4" girth gains have remained steady. my flacid hang is wow, I just use it to start my next set of execising without the need of porn, just stand in the mirror and go plump again waiting to see how big this brings me. I know its just small measurements adding up bit by bit, but after 3 months, it may bring me to my goal, or better. Thanks all for your enthusiasm for the program and your post, wich give me the ideas on how to set up my time to safely PE my way to greater confidence.

                        • Thank you for this info, Jon. I found this site last night and joined. I've been doing moderate stretches. I am probably the newbiest newbie of all times. I want to take advantage of all your wisdom and knowledge and not injure myself...you know, play it smart. I plan on reading all these pages but I need a plan. Should I start at this 90 day routine? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any and all responses. GuitarMan

( shouldnt at only 1 month in, but I figure my daily masterbating for years must have made my tendons ready for some advanced excercises). In the last 1 1/2 weeks I gained .20" in length, while my .4" girth gains have remained steady. my flacid hang is wow, I just use it to start my next set of execising without the need of porn, just stand in the mirror and go plump again waiting to see how big i Look from before. Measured myself today and am at an additional .24 " for a total of .44" greater length than when I started.. I wasnt expecting such good gains so fast, but I'll just keep on working it untill I've make my goal of just average.

                            I expect another month to get to the my average goal of BPEL 6" and EG 4.5". From there, i figure I'll want to do some girth work with minor length goals. Of course by then,my wife should notice some changes and may direct me differently, we'll see.

                            One other thing I just started to do, is use some trach ties to stretch out my penis and hold it against my leg, kinda like a poor mans traction machine. It works great with strong velcro hold, but soft velcro ties about 3/4 in width for securing the penis down to around my knee. (please not, my penis doesnt stretch down to my knee, but one day, mabee : ).

                            PS sorry about my previous post, I was excited about measurable gains, and a little drunk mixed with my sleeping pills and couldnt wait to post my success, albeit with bad spelling and grammer. Thanks for everyones support.

                            • Im new to this, well ive been doing a beginner routine for two weeks, 10 min warmup, 6 min stretches all directions (6:00 LOT), 5 min flaccid bend, 10 min wet jelq, and then a warm down. I have noticed harder erections which is good, oh and ive been going 3 days on 1 day off. Jon do you see anything that i am doing wrong or anything that needs to be changed? thanks

                              • Ok here goes, I am so new to this so pardon me if I offend. I started this routine a few days ago. My first time was after a bath right before bed. I tried to follow it to the letter. As soon as we climbed in bed my wife started initiating sex. When I got an erection she commented (totally unsolicited, mind you) how bigger and thicker I was. She said she could see and feel the difference. I was completely blown away. I swear to God I never said a word to her and don't plan on it now. Please someone, anybody...help me out. IS THIS POSSIBLE? If so, I am hopelessly hooked!
