JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

  • The 90 days are designed for you to LEARN about your penis and about PE. You should now be able to judge by yourself what you should do.

    If this isn't the case, you need to read up a lot. Research. It takes motivation.

      1) You should not kegel while you jelq. You need to stay flaccid.

      2) It is very important to stretch downwards.

      3) You need at least 3 days off from kegels. It needs time to heal.

      • oh thx Radiohead, for the answer, i really appreciate it..

        but in the guide Jonpop say we should do daily kegel nonstop 100-200/day..
        oh no, i'm confused now..

        Pls answer these few questions again :

        1) Which is the true one, 3 days rest from kegel or daily kegel w/o rest??

        2) And about the stretch downwards. So, from now i need to add stretch downwards or just leave it?? because there's no stretch downwards on the guide..

        3) Is the helicopter shakes is that the same one as rotating stretch(Penis Enlargement Gym - Rotating Stretch)?

        by this it mean we need to repeat 1 time heli shakes or 20 times heli shakes?

        5) if it really important or not.. to do the warm down? based on the Penis Enlargement Gym - Using a Warm-Up. In here writen down no need to do warm down.
        please help me.. i'm a bit confused here.

        • I wrote this Newbie routine way back at the beginning of 2004. PE has come a very long way in that time. When I wrote this, it is the routine I used to get better than 60% of my gains.
          I went on to advise a 2 on 1 day off routine as I found, even in my well conditioned penis, that after many months, (well past the advised time,) that I was overdoing to the point of reaching a plateau.
          I agree that now, with all the information, research and many more years down the road, that 5 days on and 2 days off, is a bit extreme for those just starting into the world of Penis enlargement.
          I still stand by the exercises as written, but as been said, "Listen to your body"
          If any exercise causes discomfort or extreme soreness, stop, take a few days rest and then proceed with a lighter version. Everybody is different and what works for one, will not necessarily work for anyone else.

          Listen up everyone;
          1. Learn the exercises.
          2. Don't be too aggressive.
          3. Taylor a routine to the amount of time that can be devoted.
          4. Take required rest days and don't expect results overnight.
          5. Above all, enjoy the experience that is Penis Enlargement and have fun.

          • I am trying to understand the basis difference between wet jelqing and v jelqs. Is the difference one uses lube and one doesn't?

              Next, do what are called "V" Jelqs. These are done by using the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the "V". The fingers should be riding on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. These are a great exercise for Head Girth, Overall Girth and Stretching.

                  Wet Jelqing is usually done straight out. "V" Jelqs are done pulling up toward your chin.
                  Wet Jelqs use the O.K. grip. "V" Jelqs use only the "V" between the 3rd and 4th fingers on the underside and sides of the shaft. Hope this helps.

                    • Ok. I need my initial measurements and the first set of stretching and exercises at the gym during lunch.
                      BPFSL 4.5"
                      BPEL 7.0"

                      FG 3.75"
                      EG 4.75"

                      I would LOVE to get my BPEL to 8" but that may be too optimistic.

                      I decided to warm up in the steam room with hot towels as suggested. I was lucky since I was alone in the steam room. Since i was alone I decided to do the exercises there as well. No issues. The helicopter shakes went ok except I had a hard time not getting an erection. I hadn't done Kegels in a long time but again no issues. I then went to the wet jelging and V Jelqs and those too seemed intuitive except for my erections. I hope this gets eAsier over time.
                      Do you think my goal is too aggresive?

                        i'm starting from 5" BPEL and wanna build my tower until 9"..
                        i dunno how many century will i spend until i could finish my dream.. hahaha..
                        but i'm sure if i do PE correctly and patiently, i could make it look like a billiard sticks..
                        just believe in ur self dude... haha
                        btw.. for da master.. can i ask.. how many inch is the maximum can we gain from PE..
                        is there any limit or the penis can keep growing if you keep PEing??

                        and for Jonpop, if i do wet jelq and v jelq while i'm sitting and i direct it to my chin is it allright??

                          • Question for new guy

                            Just started the excersizes this week and also bought the book. The book is great but there are some differences as the the beginning routine. The book never mentions the v gelqs. Any idea why this is? Should I follow website routine or book routine?

                            • Go with Aaron Kemmer's book, you can always add "V" Jelqs after you are better conditioned.

                              • Jon, is it allright, if i adding the stretch more?
                                i mean double all the set(2 set of all direction stretch+heli+10 big circle stretch)

                                and how many seconds are we need to do for each direction stretch?? ex: 30 sec for left stretch, 30 sec for right, etc.
                                or there's no time limit, just count to 25 kegels and the stretch is finished..
