LOL! Well, I got to the PoNR, felt it build in the base, tried to kegal, then immediately tried to relax. Up it went and it was a very lazy ejacutaion. And I'm spent..... better luck next time. Will try to commit to one or the other next time for hopefully better results. Hide there are several different forms of edging, one ,ballooning is a substansial area in it.s own right.
The usual starting point is stop/start, basicly wank till you are near the pon,r relax till you back off ponr ,repeat.

Thanks Kingpole, will definitely check it out. The reason i asked was because I am nearly one month into the 90 beginner program, but if this routine is much better for "enhancements" I certainly would not mind trying it.Originally posted by kingpole View Post

I often go pretty deep into the orgasm. I can feel the onset of it, and it is right at that point, where i release my hand, and I hold a kegel as long as i can to stop the ejaculation, but it also holds up the orgasm feeling as well. So i dont ejaculate (sometimes slightly), feel a little bit of the orgasm, but after around 20 seconds. I start masturbating again, and blood flow seems to be very intact.
Im not sure whether or not this is the right type of edging, and can actually lead to dry orgasms. Or is this just learning how to control premature ejaculation?

Fantastic, very informative post, but I don't agree with point 4 when it comes to lasting longer.
I understand that the purpose of edging isn't ONLY to last longer, but also to get a good pump and blood flow into the penis after a workout..
However, if I am going for stamina in bed, when I edge I should stimulate the entire penis, including the head, in a similar fashion to penetration, shouldn't I? Otherwise you're not getting used to the feeling of sex.
