                If you are just taking up this special hobby and have not done any PE before, you could expect gains of 0,5-1cm in BPEL after 18 days with this routine. These numbers are not guess work, 7 people have reported gains of 1cm+ (5 people at thunders and two of my own test-subjects) in exactly 18 days till now.

                            Rotary Stretch What does this mean?

                            Does it go like this?
                            Left: Left for 30 s - Straight Down or 30 s - Righ tor 30 s - Straight up or 30 s - Straight Ahead or 30 s
                            Right" Rightor 30 s - Straight Down or 30 s - Left or 30 s - Straight up or 30 s - Straight Ahead or 30 s ?
                            OR
                            Pulling in a 360 degree for 30 seconds so you are at the same point where you started after 30 seconds?

                            • Guys, how do you count the jelq in this program? Its not like jp90 - jelq with both hands counting as 1 rep, right? One hand stroke is 1 rep?
