      Sun PE


      Then, if your gains have slowed down, take one week to do his light stretches and then take a month off, this is only after your gains have slowed or stopped though, I do believe.
      5/27/12: BPEL 6.25 EG: 5.125
      6/04/12: BPEL 6.50 EG: 5.500 (think from EQ gains only)

            • Interesting post, I had a few questions...

              I am planning to start PE in the next 2-3 days and I want to make sure I have knowledge of what I am doing as to not waste my time. Some of these questions may sound pretty stupid but I am only beginning lol.

              1. Will you need to keep re-warming up the cloth while doing your warm up?
              2a. Approximately how long should you jelq each day, and should you be switching hands with every rep?
              2b. Is Wet Jelq a must at the start, or can I use dry?
              3. What is a rotary stretch? (lol)
              4. Do you need to warm up before the basic stretches such as holding it for 30 seconds SO, SU, SD, L, R?
              5. How fast can I experience gains? I am not trying to create a monster sized cock here, I'd just like to gain maybe 1 inch or so in length and maybe a half in girth.
              6. What's the recommended schedule (day on, two off?) and how long should each session last, and how will I know if it is effective?

              I'll be trying this routine soon enough and would like to know beforehand so that I may get the most effective work out for my time.

                • is it pointless for me to try this routine if ive already done a stretching routine with bathmate and jelqs for 3months and gained nothing? is my dick not going to grow now cause i stunnned its growth by overworking even if i take a week off?

                  • This routine may be a bit too easy for you but after only 3 months you have not hindered your dicks ability to grow. Taking a week off is not going to hurt you and may even do you some good. I think the JP 90 day routine is going to be more of what will work for you but you can incorperate some of the princepals of the babbis routine, You can do the JP 90 every third day or even every other day.

                    • I think this routine is much safer than JP90. Jumping straight into JP90 was really intense for me and I think I may have overtrained. I actually did less than his full recommended workout and still feel that it was a bit much for someone completely new to PE.
                      Focus on the positive :D

                          I am approaching the big 40 soon and my erection is kind of weak of late. Should I be supplementing some kegels at a frequency of one day on & one day off along with the above regime so that my erection hardness is on par with the increasing penis size. I understand that the above regime increases one penile size. I just don't wanna end up with a large limp dick!! Lol!! Help.

                          • Hello, I am a total noob and have been following this routine for 2 weeks. So far I notice a big improvement in EQ and I also get random erections through the day, which I find awesome as it was not usual on me. I guess the jelqs are doing their job here.

                            Im happy with my girth but not with my length, is there any suggestion for those beginners looking for pure length? Thanks in advance.

                              If you are just taking up this special hobby and have not done any PE before, you could expect gains of 0,5-1cm in BPEL after 18 days with this routine. These numbers are not guess work, 7 people have reported gains of 1cm+ (5 people at thunders and two of my own test-subjects) in exactly 18 days till now.
