            Pakkotoisto,

You can start a routine with the Beginners guide that should start you off on the right path to a good exercise program.

pakko: Both routines are good and have worked for many men. What you might want to do is do this routine for the first week or two, and then when it comes time for the deconditioning break, just switch to the routine on the main page.

If your penis is getting bigger, than your routine is working. Just remember to watch your PIs closely (see this article: https://www.pegym.com/penis-enlargement-articles/physiologic-indicators). Also gradually increase the intensity over time.

Unfortunately, there's no way to rush the process. PE takes time. This is a good article on the subject: https://www.pegym.com/penis-enlargem...ises-take-time

This tread appears to have been running for over a year now. I would be interesting to hear from those that have used it in regard to the gains they have made and whether they still use it, have added to it, or prgressed onto a different routine altogether.

I have been doing PE for 5 weeks now, and I had a deconditioning break of a week at my 3rd week, the idea of taking a decon break for a month seems crazy, but would it be in my best interest to do something like this? Or maybe just another week long decon?

Benta: You'll get a lot of different opinions on this one. Some guys feel that it helps "extend" your newbie gains. Others feel that if you're gaining, then why stop? If you're in no rush to gain and you want to PE as healthy (and least dangerous) as possible, then a light routine with lots of breaks might be your best bet.

On the other hand, if you want to hit it full speed ahead, then don't decon until you hit a plateau. A week or two break, as you mention, isn't a bad idea either.

I'd like to try this routine, but I have a month of doing the original routine from the web site.

Should I decondition for a month and start in January?

If I do decondition, won't I lose my gains I did during September/October?

Im not sure if anyone noticed this yet, but babbis routine on this thread is different from the one remek provided in his excel spread sheet. On this thread, the routine is 1 day on, 2 days off.

But on the excel sheet, its:
Do the following routine, 2 days on, 1 day off, for a total of 6 workout days (18 total days)

                                So which is it?
                                Thanks
